Hey ladies, I had my Mirena IUD removed the first week of April. After that I had a regular period starting April 8th. I ttc when my Life app said I was ovulating between April 18-23. My period is now due to start tomorrow but I had a clear negative on the 30th and then I had a 2 very faint positives the 4th and 5th. That same night I took a digital and it said not pregnant. I just took the last one dated the 5th a few minutes ago and still no darker! I’m going crazy but trying not to test again until I miss my period. Please help me out with your opinions or experiences with the same thing and what happened!

please read the post at the top titled “read this first”, we are a community and one-off posts aren’t typically welcomed and especially those with pregnancy tests.

QFP minus pics posting pictures of things you peed on is against TOU. Also many ladies on here are not only TTC #1 but have also dealt with loss and infertility so most have never seen a positive test and it’s incredibly rude of you to come bursting in here waving your BFP in everyone’s face. The only place you can post this is on the first tri board

Wow. I don’t care what the rules are or aren’t I’m a woman ttc and it is sick to be that rude to someone who is new to boards like this. Thanks for nothing.

You were the rude one coming here and waving an obviously positive test in the faces of women who are struggling to get pregnant

I understand everyone’s situation’s are different but it’s ridiculous how rude you have to be to someone who has never used any site like this before to simply hear other experiences. I wouldn’t think to post in 1st trimester seeing as I do not know if I am pregnant or not.

If you’re not sure, call your doctor or pee on more tests. Also, there is a post at the very top that says READ THIS FIRST. It would have told you this is against the rules.

It isn’t obvious to me because others have told me that they are clearly evap lines. So excuse me for trying to find help and if anyone could relate. I see I am not welcome here and if it turns out I’m NOT pregnant I will be back with just as much impoliteness as you have had towards me.
Ok well like I said I’m new to all this and wasn’t aware. My god I would never want to hurt anyone’s feelings or make someone feel bad but the way these comments were said to me is so insensitive. I’m very afraid that I’m not pregnant and it could have been put a little nicer.
@dmasciocchi You posted your pos HPT on this board without reading any of the rules and then doubled down on your amazingly tactless and hurtful behavior by saying you “don’t care what the rules are” and you have the gall to say that we are rude? Good luck to you.

My comments were straightforward not insensitive. No one here has special goggles that can tell you what is going on with your ute. When you joined the site, you agreed to the rules among which are no posting pictures of pee sticks. You broke the rules and got called out on it. The admins will be shutting this thread down soon because it breaks the rules.

I don’t see how anyone was rude to you. And you do have to care about the rules because that’s part of being a member on this site. The admins will come and enforce those and delete your pics, you should probably do it yourself first, if you really aren’t being rude.
Also, there are a lot of ladies here who are “afraid they are not pregnant” as you mentioned above, and they don’t want to see your “potentially” positive test...so just as you expect people to be nice to you, you need to realize that what you did is hurtful to others.
No one said you weren’t welcome, if you decide to stick around read the first post I mentioned above and lurk around a bit to get a feel for it. I was overwhelmed at first too but this place is a great group of ladies who have been amazing support for me during my TTC journey.
The ladies above were not rude to you OP. They explained the rules of this community to you in plain English. Sorry we don’t use words like “hun” or sign our posts with “xx” like some other websites.
I will be extremely blunt here and tell you when I had tests that never got darker like that, I had a chemical pregnancy. As other ladies have said above, contact your doctor if you are confused about these results. I am not a doctor and have no idea if that’s what’s happening to you.
Wow. I don’t care what the rules are or aren’t I’m a woman ttc and it is sick to be that rude to someone who is new to boards like this. Thanks for nothing.
Also, coming into this group with complete disregard for the community and the women in it isn’t going to make anyone feel inclined to welcome you or give you any advice.
Well I’m sorry and didn’t mean to hurt anyone else. I just felt attacked because this is literally the first time I’ve ever posted to one of these boards on any of these sites. I didn’t see the rules because the website on my phone is confusing. And I didn’t think to post in first tri. because I don’t feel confident that I am pregnant so I assumed to post in TTC. I apologize to anyone who I have hurt or have made feel any kind of way. Thank you for your response. And again I’m sorry for any harm I caused.

It takes 48 hours for HCG to double. Plus, different tests even the same brand have different sensitivities. Also, the color of the line is not 100% indicative of how much of the hormone is on your body. Hpt test for the presence of the hormone, not the amount of it.
Now, you had 3 days in a row of positive tests, you are pregnant, hopefully you stay pregnant. Clearly you are no longer trying to get pregnant, so this is not the board for you. You belong on a birth month board or 1st tri.
