  Last night I had a salad that contained romaine lettuce. DH is adamant that he's not eating any romaine until the recall is over with. I thought he was going to say something to me about it but we were in front of ILs so he couldn't mention the pregnancy.

  @gorgeousariel - I admit I have eaten a little romaine. but i got it locally grown and not from a big supplier, so I felt fairly safe. but I definitely made it primarily spinach and other lettuces with a bit of romaine, not a giant romaine salad.

  I will admit that I'm using the recall as an excuse to be all "I can't eat salads right now" and just have pizza instead.

  My confession is I'd kill for a glass of wine,  ill give in at some point but not so early.
