beta hCG limbo: from 116 hour doubling time to 33

I am in a bit of a limbo right now and not sure how to feel about it. I am trying very hard not to stress but can't seem to help myself. A little back ground: this cycle I took 100 mg Clomid cd 5-9; cd 13 u/s confirmed two mature follicles on my left ovary, triggered cd 14 (10000 IU) and guestimate I Ovd the next day on cd15. A week later u/s confirmed I Ovd both follicles; my progesterone that day was 39. Tested out the trigger with FRER and it was negative 8 days past trigger.  On Monday 9-Apr I got my BFP; ~10dpo.  Three days later at ~13dpo had my first beta hCG: 77; progesterone 42.  Three days after that had my second beta and it came back at only 118. I was devastated as I was sure this could not be good; the doubling time was 116 hours.  Nurse told me she's seen some crazy things happen with betas and to return for a 3rd draw; so I did.  Less than 3 days later it came back at 524!  So between beta #2 and #3 the doubling time is now 33 hours, and between beta #1 and #3 it's 53 hours. If I pretend that second draw never happened everything seems relatively normal, but it did happen so now I can't stop googling and stressing. I am finding all sorts of possible outcomes from ectopic to blighted ovum to everything's fine, vanishing twin, to finding hb at 6w only to have it stop by 8w.

betas:
1. 13dpo 4pm: 77

2. 16dpo 4pm: 118   DT 116 hours

3. 19dpo 11am: 524  DT 33 hours from #2, 53 hours from #1. 

Ultrasound 03-May when I'll be about 6w6d. No more betas before then per my RE. Trying my absolute best to not be stressed AF and to enjoy the moment but it's very hard.  I know I need to chill the f out and that stress is bad but knowing it and doing it are two different stories.

    So wait...you're worried because your HCG doubled quicker? I'm just trying to understand.

    I’m sorry your going through this but i suggest you stop googling because it’s only gonna cause more stress. Unfortunately only time will tell and at least you are already receiving medical support.It may or may not be good no one here can tell you what is happening. Your betas increased so just keep reminding yourself that today you are pregnant. Wish you the best.

    CecilB93- No, just venting about being in limbo due to my second beta having a DT of 116 hours.  But am trying to just enjoy the moment until my u/s next week and keep away from Google as much as possible. I will probably never know why the beta seemed to just stall and then pick right up again.

    @wickedtiny oh gotcha. I was confused because that third number was great lol. Well I hope you get the answers you're looking for soon!

    UPDATE

    Had a scan today at 6w6d and saw the baby w heartbeat (123bpm) right away.  I am so relieved!  <3
