Not a fan of either, but I think you’re on the right track with monroe. You need at least 2 syllables. Ivy Quinn is too many short names

Rather than picking a genre neutral name out of a hat, try picking one from your family tree. Your maiden, your mother's maiden, etc. I went 4 generations back to get my daughter's mn: Gray. But it means something--

I love Quinn with Ivy, but only if your last name has more than one syllable. It's very pretty and goes well with the sister's name.
