Hubby and I had the saddest 1st appointment and ultrasound yesterday. We thought we'd be saying hello to our first little one but instead we were saying goodbye. We were supposed to be 9 weeks 2 days, and the baby measured correctly, but the doctor couldn't find a heartbeat. She sent us to a different hospital to do a vaginal ultrasound as well and they also confirmed not being able to find a heartbeat. I know miscarriages are common especially if it's your first time getting pregnant, but it still stings
