  @kyrenora Idk what potty training methods you've tried, but I read the Oh Crap potty training book. It has a great method of training in steps and watching for their indications of needing to go, rather than asking them or waiting for them to tell you they need to go. It might be a good resource, especially if she is not verbal. The book uses more physical cues to communicate what needs to happen, rather than telling them and expecting them to understand.

  I can relate my son has ptsd anxiety which has similar struggles to autisim there was a traumatic event and now he won't use the potty he is 7. Autistic and special needs kids often potty train much later then ur nerutypical kids. 3 is still pretty young. I'm still struggling with a 7 yr old. Key is to not make them feel bad or frustrated for not getting it or having accidents I see so many poor kids get scolded formpotty accidents or being scared or not understanding and its so infair.tonthem esp when they have communication difficulties or sensory issues they can't helpmate and scolding them or disciplining them only makes it traumatic. I know its hard but some parents are gonna have to expect these things won't likley follow the typical.time frame. Evwryone is unique and I wish people would not compare other kids to each other (not saying yoi don't his but I hear it all the time) the goals need to be for the specific kid not a goal based on what other kids with different abilities and struggles do it just sets them up for failure.
