Testing: Next weekend unless AF shows up early. Which I really hope doesn’t happen else it might screw up our IVF start next cycle

R/R: Day on my own today. But after taking DH into work, washing the car, doing the supermarket shopping, cleaning the kitchen and making all the flowers that I accidentally *cough* purchased it was already 3pm. Then I fell asleep on the sofa. And now I’ve done nothing on my thesis... ahhhh. Is it wrong to hope DH needs to stay late to finish their go live today so I can do some thesis now?

CS/Q: Temp not really rising as I would like after the dip yesterday.

Testing: I’m trying to convince myself to wait until AF is due, so at least Thursday. We will see if I have the willpower.

R/R: Not too much going on here today. BF is working a 19 hour shift today and a 10 tomorrow, so I’m pretty much on my own all weekend. Trash TV here I come!

CS/Q: Temps are holding steady so far, but since this is my first ovulatory cycle that doesn’t mean much to me.

GTKY: If you had a warning label, what would yours say? My face tells it all so if you get the death glare from me, watch out! Also, do not touch my stuff without permission.

@emmasemm reading everything you did get accomplished today made me tired lol. And it is always easier to focus on work when no one is home so go right ahead and hope your DH works a little late.

Testing: my oncologist left me a VM saying to get betas done again this month, so I guess sometime this week...

R/R:. I have pink eye. Really, it's NBD, but I work for an ophthalmologist, so hopefully I am allowed to work tomorrow. Worst case, I think they will just not let me have patient interaction, which sounds delightful. Another rant is I went grocery shopping yesterday, but found some other stuff I have to have, so I get to go today. The closest store is 20 minutes away, which makes it a pain, but at least it is an excuse to get coffee.

CS/Q: none. My chart is awful this month, missing temps, open circles...

@emmasemm, did you end up getting any work on your thesis done? I think I have asked before, but what is your thesis on? Our days were pretty similar, DH had to work, and was getting home around 1 am-ish. I did a lot of errands, but none of the work I brought home to do yesterday was touched.

@lokibear FX for you. Are you still spotting?

R/R: Well yesterday I didn’t really make much progress on the thesis in the end. But I did do three tasks I had been putting off for work. So my boss should be happy at least. And today I have been a bit more successful. Other than my normal Sunday morning jobs of cleaning up, doing all the loads of washing and restocking the bathrooms with everything... DH made some cakes for us to take into work tomorrow where I have two parts where I assist and other than that I have been working on my thesis. Progress is still not what I wanted or need, but I do now have 15 of my 50 pages, including my conclusions. Now just have to fill in all the stuff in between and makes sure I have enough references (and finding references is damn time consuming...).

CS/Q: Temp above coverline but not high enough for my liking.

@holly321 I really hope your beta comes back negative- which is not something we say a lot around here! I so so hope you can finally get off the bench. My thesis is on Pension obligations for the industry I’m in.

@lokibear89 keeping Fx that temp rise was real!

@tjthegoat I’m managing to watch trash TV at the same time. It drives DH crazy. Since starting my thesis I’m on my third run through of the whole Greys Anatomy back catalogue!

Testing: Tested this morning against my better judgement; BFN. I don't plan to test again unless I miss AF by some miracle.

R/R: Spoiler for general whininess

Directly after the BFN, I was feeling sad and dumb for letting myself get carried away so I took my dog outside and thought I would check in with TTGP. Of course there's a drive-by poster who clearly didn't even skim the board.

Also, I'm mad at myself for thinking I'm the SS who would of course get knocked up first try. I guess I'm mostly all rants this morning.

CS/Q: My temp is still trending up, but I feel like I'm out. Oh, for the month/cycle at the top: if your cycle spans two months do you mark it as two months of trying or do you just mark one month for every 30ish day period that passes?

@lokibear89 I'm also crossing my fingers for you. Hopefully your temp keeps going up.

@emmasemm My bff and I watch Grey's on repeat. Sometimes she will FaceTime me and we watch together lol. BF doesn't tolerate that sort of show well so I try to wait until he's out of the house. Good job on getting 15 pages done; that's not an easy task.

Testing: I’ve been testing since 8dpo because I have no will power.

R/R: Rant: I’m so mad at myself for testing a few day ago. I even had my DH hide them from me so I wouldn’t be tempted. So, of course I made it about 2 hours after he left the house and searched until I found them. I was like an addict who just found their missing stash. I ripped a test open immediately and 5 minutes later had my BFN. Then I wound up being sad every day of what was supposed to be a fabulous girls weekend. I of course had to test twice a day after that since I’m a total POAS addict. Now I will continue this every day until my period comes or I get a BFP, progressively becoming sadder every day. And I do this Every. Stinking. Month.

CS/Q: I keep forgetting to use my thermometer so nothing this month.

GTKY: If you had a warning label, what would yours say? At the moment? Fragile. Handle with Care.
