Little Bambino is right on track. Found out I have a tilted uterus which didn’t seem to concern OB. Anyone else with this? What did your OB say about it?
@WittyMom they said the same thing to me when I had my scan. Doc said it's not an issue and it's pretty common.
We had our scan last week. Baby D was measuring perfectly for dates so I guess I did ovulate on time after all. Strong little heartbeat was spotted too at 6w2d.
Oh goodness yes mine literally tilts towards my back its the equivalent of being left vs right handed a simple anatomical difference no biggie at all. It will tilt forward around 12 weeks
Everything looks good and measuring 6 days earlier, which makes sense because I thought I ovulated 5-7 days late. Technically I am 10w today but measuring 9w1d. I didn't see my MW because there were no issues after the U/S so we will see if my due date changes. They usually don't change it unless it is 7 days off. 173 Bpm! Looks just like my DS at this point in his uterus stay, a gummy bear!
Ultrasound from Thursday-- measured 9w1d; perfectly aligned with the due date. I also have a super tilted uterus. This is my 6th pregnancy (but 4th (hopefully) baby) and this is the first time it has been tilted. Dr said it's common for it to happen after subsequent pregnancies.

Hi everyone, 6 weeks ultrasound. I’m scheduled back for an 8 weeks ultrasound. Doctor said it’s twins but one is smaller than the other one that we had to wait and see if the other progresses. Has anyone had a similar situation? This is my 3rd pregnancy but first time twins.
@wittymom I have a tilted uterus too. It makes cervix checks and other things of that nature very uncomfortable for me, but it has never bothered my pregnancies.
Graduated from my RE today at 8w1d! Our gingy baby (as we call it cuz we’re hoping for a red head like DH) is still measuring a day ahead and has a nice strong heart beat at 164!

This is my third pregnancy, first two were early miscarriages. We saw the HB @ 174 (8 weeks 2 days), and our OB says everything looks good. The only thing was, I have a small blood clot near the placenta. OB says this should not affect the pregnancy, but I am taking it easy anyway (for-going the half marathon I had planned... also due to nausea and fatigue!) Has anyone else seen a blood clot on an early scan? I’m trying not to worry!
Look at this little miracle, guys. We also just graduated from the RE--my first prenatal appointment took 2 hours (and I didn't even get the bloodwork done yet!), but it was well worth it to see this healthy baby. Heart rate 187bpm.

I got another ultrasound at my appointment today. I had not been expecting to get one, but they still didn't receive the paperwork from my RE's office and wanted to have something to go by for dating purposes. I was measuring several days ahead and the ultrasound tech said they may end up changing my due date. By LMP, my due date is November 2nd (though I've been going by my ovulation due date, October 31st). That put me at 10w 3d (or 10w 5d), but I was measuring at 11w 3d today (due date October 27th). The baby was wiggling around and stretching and I could clearly see its arms, legs, and profile. It was so sweet! Pic in spoiler.
Baby's head is on the right with its arm in front of its face. The legs are on the left all scrunched up, I think.
Had my second ultrasound today at 7w6d. Couldn’t see much at my first one at 5w6d, except that there was a yolk sac in the right place. Too early for a heartbeat. Today showed a baby measuring the right size with a nice clear heartbeat at 158bpm. Baby even did a little wiggle on the screen. I feel so relieved after seeing the heartbeat, and like I can now just be straight up excited about this pregnancy. Baby’s head is on the right in this image.
I hope this doesn't post too big since I'm doing so from my phone. I had my first checkup and US today! Due date is still right on track for November 18th. I'm 8 weeks 2 days along and feeling SO relieved that baby is looking nice and cozy in there!
Finally had our first appointment today. Baby is measuring right with LMP so due date is still 11/11. Heart beat was 178. Doctor said everything looks good. Next appointment is in 4 weeks.
So I had some spotting and cramping today and my RE did an ultrasound which looked good. Both of my boos are measuring correctly (7w5d) with heart rates in the 160s. And boy did I cry when I heard their little hearts beating away. The doctor gave me a photo of each but then got excited when he got them both in view and said “time for a group photo”. It was so cute. I officially graduated from my RE today and my first OB appointment will be 4/23.

I had my first ultrasound on Monday! I'm not as far along as I thought - I thought I was past 10 weeks but I'll be just 10 weeks tomorrow. So glad I decided to have an early ultrasound - last pregnancy I just had one at 20 weeks. This time around I was having cramping and bleeding and something seemed off. I guess this is why!!!! Seeing double!! They think identical but can't quite be certain yet as I only wanted an abdominal ultrasound this visit. Needless to say I'm freaking out! New due date of November 8th instead of the 3rd...but I'm sure with twins it may be October!

Holy cow, identical twins!! Congratulations! The hospitals I've worked at deliver identical twins no later than 36 weeks (which I believe is the recommendation) due to the increased risks if you go past that. FX for a smooth pregnancy for you!

My uterous wasn’t cooperating so we weren’t able to get a great shot of Baby M but they’re doing great, measuring right on track around 7 weeks! We saw and heard the heartbeat at 134!

Just got back from my dating scan and little blob is measuring right on track for 7w5d. Hb of 145 and 1.35 cm long. So excited to see them trucking along in there! They were able to get good enough measurements transabdominally so they didn't have to do the dildo cam but our pic isn't quite as clear either.
We had our US yesterday! It’s measuring at 6w5d, which is pretty close to the EDD based on my LMP. We also got to see the heartbeat ❤️ . The circular thing is the yolk sac
First u/s and confirmation today at 8 weeks. Heartbeat measured at 166 bpm and baby measures perfectly with LMP and due date of 11/26. I got so excited when I heard the heart beat I was like WOOHOO! and I am sure everyone in the office heard me, LOL.
Last Thursday we had our first ultrasound! My due date if a November 13 is sticking, even though the baby measured at 9 weeks and 6 days which would be a November 9 due date (please tell me I’m not the only one finds pregnancy math confusing sometimes!). We even got to watch the little heartbeat—it was so fast at 171 BPM!!! So happy to have seen our little baby for the first time!
