I'm dying for some fresh baked blueberry muffins. I'd go to the store but it takes to much time energy and effort to load up the baby and go shopping for just one thing. I try to conserve my grocery trips for when i need several things.
I don't think I started craving things until later with my son. Tacos were definitely a constant craving, I think Chick Fil A, too. I haven't had any cravings yet this time around!
So far, black and green olives, dill pickles, potato salad, cranberry juice and, as of yesterday, any kind of salad with a lot of dressing! This is the first pregnancy where I've really had cravings (I usually just have aversions), so I'm enjoying it before the morning sickness really kicks in.
No cravings yet here, but I have had some pretty vivid dreams. Idk if it's because DS is finally almost sleeping through the night and I'm actually getting some solid sleep or it's because of the pregnancy.

I was craving Chinese food like crazy this afternoon. Guess what I picked up on the way home for dinner? NEEDED Salsarita's for lunch the other day. Really wanted ice cream last night. Ouch. Going to need to keep these at bay...lol.
Last week I ate fish sticks EVERY day. Then it turned into cheese subs with extra pepper relish. And now nothing sounds good DH finally convinced me to eat grilled cheese and a milkshake for dinner.
Ugh.. my app Is being so buggy! Let’s try this again:
I’ve had nachos on my mind all night long! Also Reese's peanut butter eggs (I totally raided my kid's stash ) And the one thing I want most but can't have: An ice cold beer... oh my gosh it sounds so good .
@texas_t I ate cooked sushi my last pregnancy too. I don’t eat too much of the raw stuff anyway. My doc had no problem with it. I always thought, Japanese people probably eat sushi while they’re pregnant and they seem ok. Don’t go by me though...I also ate lunch meat from the deli NOT heated up!
@texas_t I ate pretty much every "no-no" food last go round, and baby was fine (aside from the MAS, heh). Smoked salmon was about the only thing I really avoided.

Yeah... I stayed under the recommended amount of tuna (whether it was raw or cooked), certain shellfish, and bigger ocean fish due to mercury. I don't like smoked salmon, so that didn't tempt me. As for soft cheeses, most here are still pasteurized. I dunno. I figured raw sushi was healthier than a lot of the other stuff I wanted, so wh not. I also ate unheated lunch me. gasp. Like I said, people are getting listeria from flour, so it's really just the luck of the draw.
I haven't had any strong cravings.. Chinese food has sounded good recently. Actually, sometime last week,I really wanted a chocolate milkshake. Also, doesn't really count as a craving, but the other day, I was eating a bag of chrunchy Cheetos and I suddenly wanted to eat tacos with the Cheetos on top.. not sure if that was a weird pregnancy food thought or what. Lol.. ok, so maybe I have been having cravings.
I talked to my mom, a doctor, about the whole food no-no list. Most of them are for regular old food poisoning, which won’t affect a pregnant woman any more or less than a normal person. So if you’ve never had a problem with a sushi place, no real need to avoid.
Listeria is the one bug that is tricky and actually legitimately worse for pregnant women, but it’s EVERYWHERE and no one is saying “don’t eat spinach”. So wash your produce, avoid anything under recall, clearly, and live your life.
D E S P E R A T E L Y trying to muster up the willpower to keep myself from driving to Arby's for curly fries right now. I haven't had like ANY vegetables today and need to eat a salad for dinner but man, I am struggling.
I went to Sonic for lunch and ate in my car and watched the office on my phone. Before I left, I ordered a second Diet Limeade and ate all the ice. My office just got one of those pebble ice makers, so maybe I'll start making my own!
You guysssssssss my coworker just brought me a chocolate milkshake out of the blue! She doesn't even know I'm preg, but good Lord it is hitting the spot. Bless her.
Nausea has passed and all I want is Taco Bell and Del Taco. Like, both of them. (I haven't had either in like...5 years? More?) I am starving though and that's all I want. (But also I am trapped at work for the next 2.5 hours, so maybe it'll pass by the time I leave.)

I really wish I could eat smoked salmon.
@orangecrush29 an ice cold beer sounds SO good now.
Now I want all the things, why did I come here and torture myself?
