Potty trainin

So my 18 month old doesn’t like to be wet but does not like going in the potty. She would rather hold it, and have an accident then she would get mad when she does have an accident. I don’t know how help her with the transition. Any ideas ????

I know parents who told their toddler they can only go to daycare if they learn to go potty and that made them learn to go much quicker.
