22 Weeks - Spaghetti Squash These weeks are starting to blend into one another now.
How are you feeling?
Pretty good this week, not much to report.

Rave- Follow up Anatomy scan for remaining fetal anatomy all came back normal!

Selfishly added this one in because I wasn't crazy first GTKY and this one occurred to me in the shower last night.
DO NOT shave the thin blonde hairs on your belly or toes because when you are twenty something you will have to shave the BLACK hairs off your toes and belly on the regular.
Also- DO NOT steal those underwear your mom would never let you have from a department store because you will get caught and will be mortified. *Face palm*
How are you feeling? Pretty good. My hips get so angry when I hike or go up stairs but overall I'm enjoying second tri.

GTKY: What trait do you hope the baby gets from you, your SO, or another family member? I hope she gets SO's blonde hair and light eyes. Both of my boys are dark skinned with dark eyes so it would be nice to have a blondie to throw in the mix. I REALLY hope she doesn't have my teeth, I have horrible teeth.
Bonus GTKY: What is one thing you would tell yourself to NOT DO when you were in your Tween/Teen years? Not to go to the middle of no where with my girlfriends and hang out with guys we barely knew. Nothing bad ever happened but looking back on that time in my life, man we were dumb. Also I would tell 17 year old me that eyebrow piercing was stupid and ugly.

How are you feeling? Pretty good! I have a headache today but normally I'm feeling pretty good!
Rants/raves/questions? I still can't believe we're getting through the halfway mark! When is viability? 24 weeks? I like milestones.
Any appointments this week? None for like a month! I'm so happy, I was having weekly scans / MFM / OB appts because my blood sugars were hard to control but I think we're looking good right now

Physically pretty good. Mentally not so good.

I posted in the appointment threads but, A/S wasn't 100% good. I am trying to be positive but nothing for me is ever just simple. There is never just take a test and get normal results. There is always a complication. Sorry that sounds super whiney. I am having a bad day.

I hope baby gets my artistic side and more laid back attitude. I hope DHs Intellgence and athletic ability are passed down.

Oh man don't be such a wallflower and be more responsible.
How are you feeling? Okay. Kind of having an off week mentally but I think it's because the anticipation/worry of the anatomy scan is behind me and so is the excitement of finding out the gender.
Rants/raves/questions? I love baby kicks, but I hate being kicked in the vagina.
Any appointments this week? Not til the 30th.

Bonus GTKY: What is one thing you would tell yourself to NOT DO when you were in your Tween/Teen years? Don't be such a trampy mcskankerson in college. Not worth it. I mean, I guess I wasn't AS BAD as some people, lol, but I definitely felt like a lot of my self worth was based on how BOYS (not men) reacted to me. Barf.

had a follow up ultrasound on Tuesday and monthly talk session with my doctor. Everything came back good this time and we found out she is definitely a girl which excites me.

I hope she is more laid back like me vs my son who is like my husband and constantly has to be doing something.
Bonus GTKY: What is one thing you would tell yourself to NOT DO when you were in your Tween/Teen years?
I guess would to not be so rude to people. It’s the one thing my mom sometimes brings up, is how my attitude was so terrible she couldn’t stand to be around me. It all changed when I went to college.

Tired, hips and back are bothering me. No sickness though!

Just bought my first nursing bra last night! It's so comfortable and didn't cost an arm and a leg!
Any appointments this week?
Nothing this week, next Monday is the MFM and an ultrasound, also meeting with the nutritionist and ordering my insulin pump.

I hope she gets DH's olive skin tone (I am snow white) and his calmness/go with the flow attitude. DD is high strung like me lol

To not waste my time on boys who thought I wasn't worth theirs.
@Brezzy1928 I'm sorry your scan wasn't good. It sounds like you still have pretty good odds that everything's fine, though. It does seem like you've had way more than your share of bumps in the road, so you're totally justified in feeling a bit whiny. *Hugs*

21 weeks. I can't believe it's 3 weeks to viability!
How are you feeling?
Pretty good! Some heartburn in the evening. Serious exhaustion if I try to something crazy like walk a mile.

I'm pretty psyched to be feeling movement consistently. I can't be the only one not feeling it on the outside yet, right?
I'm watching a dessert show on Netflix right now and I just burst into tears when the finalists' families walked in. Stupid hormones.
Any appointments this week?
I had my Centering appointment on Tuesday, and it went well. We were all much more relaxed this time, so there was a lot more conversation. I think it will be a lot of fun to go through the next four months together.

DS looks so much like DH, I'd like this girl to look a bit more like me. It would be great if she got her boobs from someone else, though, mine are really small for my size, so a lot of clothes don't fit right and it's hard to find bras that fit.
I hope she gets her vision from someone else, too, mine is terrible.
I hope she gets my mom's sense of empathy but not my fear of failure. I hope she gets DH's sense of humor and flexibility.

Don't be so safe! You were correct that life is much bigger than high school, but that's why you should take risks and date someone. Yes, they're juvenile, but you could have had a lot more fun.
