I know it's a bit late for the usual Tuesday thread, but I need a shot of gratitude today...
DH helped me make my lunch yesterday morning so I could get out on time. So sweet of him to make my salad and everything!
He's actually been helping me a lot lately with cooking, and even did two loads of his own laundry yesterday! It means so much to see him helping out with household things like that I usually do all the time, because I've just been so exhausted lately.
Thankful for fresh produce, and healthy protein - a fridge and pantry literally full of good, nutritious food for us both, and for baby.
Our cozy home. It's kind of a wreck right now, in the middle of spring cleaning, but it's ours.
We got our announcements sent out!!! Still need a bit more international postage, and the addresses of some stragglers, but very cool / exciting / scary to be able to spread the good news!
My new black maternity work pants came in already, and I'm pretty psyched to try them out today before I decide on keeping all three pairs.
OMG, did I mention it's my half day!!!!??!?
Finally going to bite the bullet and work out again today after a bit of a hiatus. I'm so grateful to be pretty heathly and have this beautiful little sprout squirming away in there, so I want to work to keep it that way!
Extra time for puppy snuggles before work...
A great community of support as we get ready to bring this little life into the world... I know there will be times we're going to need it! Lol
Thankful for my amazing parents coming to help with our home renovation. Thankful my H is handy enough to do our renovations himself so we aren’t paying a contractor.
Thankful to live in a country with choices for health care and resources to educate and make sure me and baby are as healthy as possible.
My H surprised me with a brand new iMac. When I work from home I have a tiny laptop screen so this will make working soooo much easier!
Our anatomy scan went well and little boy is healthy. So far this pregnancy has been a little easier than the last (other than being exhausted since I am chasing a toddler).
MY dd really is an amazing kid! She is funny, smart, beautiful, friendly... I love her so much, even though she is going through leap 10 right now.
My parents are incredible! They can see dd 4 days in a row and will still ask when they can see her again. They are the best babysitters and will do anything for me and my kid.
My nephew was born tiny but he is healthy. He doesn’t sleep well but my sister still has a positive attitude, and her H who didn’t want kids at first says he absolutely loves being a dad and it totally exceeds his expectations.
So many things. My husband who has done all the move prep himself so far because I am so damn tired. My son who is so sweet and smart. My parents who are picking him up for the weekend so that we can knock out the rest of the packing and goodwilling. My pups. This little one who is so wanted and loved already.
Despite a really crappy, sleepless night, I am SO thankful for a new furnace that heated my house back up from 57 to 68 degrees in no time.
Last night truly reminded me how grateful I am that DS is a pretty good sleeper and prefers to sleep in his own bed (nothing against cosleeping parents, we just can't swing it!).
I'm so grateful that H has been making such a concerted effort to eat dinner together most nights and it's been at our table. Seems like something small, but it means a lot to me.
I am thankful work will be slow today so I can act like a zombie and just quietly get my work done.
Also thankful for this community of women all preparing for our upcoming babies. I so appreciate all of you who are supporting me raising my toddler, and really look forward to helping out however I can once our littles get here. Raising kids really does take a village, even if it is virtual. Lots of love to you all this morning!
I’m thankful for DD — she is just amazing! I’m constantly in awe that DH and I made and get to parent this amazing, tiring, hilarious, sassy, opinionated, loving little girl.
Im thankful for my job. I work in child welfare as an attorney, and I am just greatful that I get to be a part of making a difference on a very real level.
Im thankful for DH cooking dinner and putting up with my completely unpredictable work hours.
Like @BusinessWife, our home. It’s small, cozy, has its issues, but it’s ours. I love our neighborhood.
Cookie dough.... I may have made chocolate chip cookies this morning.
I am thankful for my husband, who does the majority of cooking and working, so I can work part time now and hopefully not at all for at least 6 months.
Thankful for my sweet rambunctious son, who loves cars and baby dolls.
Thankful that this year I have a house and a real home where we aren't just an inconvenience on someone else's life and space.
Thankful that our sweet little dancing larva is growing well.

I'm thankful every single day that there is a little miracle growing inside of me. I'm thankful for my faith in god which has given me great strength and encouragement when things seemed SO painful and hopeless. I know it will all be worth it in the end I'm thankful to have found this community it means so much to have the virtual support of people walking though this pregnancy journey. I'm thankful that I live in a place where health care is free and that I am able to stay home for a year after the birth of our baby. I'm thankful that MH and I have the means to give a child a safe and healthy life where they will be loved so so much.
and for something not so serious.... I'm thankful for deeply discounted Easter chocolate

I’m thankful that we lost power in the wind storm, which kept dh home...so i could stay in bed w a headache for a second day in a row. And that power came back on late enough to keep him here but not so late to impact our daily functioning.
Prolly selfish, but I’m struggling and hate trying to nicely parent dd and function at all when I get like this.
