So my boobs are definitely filling back out. After my first pregnancy and losing additional weight, my boobs looked like a wrinkled old lady, and they look young again
Not having a period is great.
Being able to stick out my gut and told it’s cute is a nice break in pregnancy, too
Still waiting for that legit bump. I can see it, but not obvious to the outside world yet, especially in my work clothes. I guess that is the "symptom" im most excited for even though im not entirely there yet.
but I am loving the kicks!! I drank a glass of milk last night and baby was dancing away! It has only been the last couple of days that I have starting feeling them regularly. So fantastic!!
I'm enjoying my bump now that I actually have one. It has also been really useful for having women offer to let me go ahead of them when I'm waiting in line for the bathroom.
I finally have boobs! Sure, they're sore and occasionally itchy but as a lifelong member of the IBTC, it's nice to fill in my shirts a bit.
Feeling my little dude kick is the coolest thing ever.
And no periods has been pretty sweet (even though I was only getting 4 or 5 a year pre-pregnancy).

Not having to think about birth control is a huge perk, although that applies to TTGP as well as being pregnant, but with TTGP I was a crazed temping/charting person so being pregnant and not having to be trying or preventing is nice. I do also like my bump now that it is obvious and I like feeling justified in getting enough sleep and resting when I need to which is not the norm with my job.

FET 10/7/20: BFP on 10/12/20!!! (EDD 6/25/21); First beta 10/16/20 (9dpt): 148; Second beta 10/19/20 (12dpt): 621; Third beta 10/26/20 (19dpt): 4732; Fourth (and final!) beta 11/2/20 (26 dpt): 22,000+
No periods. Not feeling (as) guilty about eating the food I really want to eat. People taking care of me even if I don't really want them to ... it's just nice haha. Feeling baby kicks! Love them. Especially early when they don't hurt.
I definitely enjoy feeling DS2 kick. It felt like I didn’t really feel it much with DS until around the third trimester and then it was mostly super long stretches rather than kicks.
I'm starting to get my nice "pregnancy hair" - mine is super thin normally and not really greasy but the thin-ness makes it so I have to wash it every day. Now if I go a day in between washings it still looks good!
Whenever I’m pregnant I don’t get migraines because they are usually triggered by my period also not having a period is pretty great. I also love that I can wear more form fitting shirts and dresses and don’t feel as self conscious because it shows off my bump and people just think that it’s cute
Baby kicks are the best! Not worrying if I look fat and embracing pushing out the bump instead of sucking it in. Stronger fingernails is nice too! No periods is the the big one - mine are insanely heavy and I basically can't go anywhere for 2 days for fear of leaking and gushing everywhere.

I can't eat what I want without diabetic guilt, so not that. Pre-pregnancy I was lucky to have 2-3 periods a year as it was, so not that either. No bump to show off yet, so nope. heh
So no real pregnancy symptoms for me really, but the baby kicking is pretty darn neat for now! Oh, and I can drink milk again without dying from GI upsets. And speaking of which, my usual IBS symptoms have calmed way down now that I think about it. My husband has seemed to give me a pass on housework not being as stellar as normal, or has started doing a bit more than his usual share, so that's been nice to not have to beat myself up over.
Oh yeah, one more thing. Food never tastes as good as when I'm pregnant and craving something. Like when I was craving hot dogs, biting into one was nearly orgasmic it tasted so good! Granted, I spent the first like 18 weeks not really eating anything, so I guess it's give or take haha.

Was it difficult for you to get pregnant with only 2-3 periods a year? Did you have to have any interventions. I would love to only have 2-3 periods a year. Mine are like clock work ever month and I still struggled to get pregnant.
Love the hair and nails. Not having periods is NBD because I always use the IUD and it kills them, anyway.
Idky but with this one, I have moments of sheer happiness just anticipating her. It’s almost like having my first (because it is his first) but with the experience of 3 beforehand.
I love just feeling her. Last night my 8 year old felt her for the first time. And she was so excited. It was great. SO still hasn’t felt her. lol. I just can’t wait to see her. What does she look like. What color hair. And eyes. I love her soooooo much already.
Not really symptoms. But. Crazy how much you can love a little baby. And she’s only a pound. She already owns my heart.
I love the movement. And the anticipation like @dirtanddiamonds said. I can’t wait to see him and what he looks like. And I can’t wait to see him and DS together.
@dirtanddiamonds - aw, you stole the words right outta my heart Beautifully written
DS was snuggled on my lap this morning and baby kicked him. I had that moment where I realize that I'm snuggling both my babies and it made everything right in the world.

It was incredibly difficult! The lack of periods were nice, but if having them meant I could be healthier without the PCOS I would have gladly taken them. I'd take Provera every 2-3 months to force me to have a hellaciously heavy period, because it's not good for you not to menstruate, as the risks of uterine cancer go up.
We've been trying since around 2005, and I was off and on Clomid for a few years without any luck. It didn't even cause me to ovulate on the the highest dose the OB felt comfortable prescribing. Both of us felt IVF was too invasive, not to mention prohibitively expensive. We'd planned to adopt when the time was right.
But I think the key for me was getting a new GP and a new OB, both of which took my PCOS symptoms seriously, unlike my previous doctors. And it took both of them being on my case about controlling my sugars and putting me on Metformin which seemed to be the solution.
After a year on Metformin, eating better, exercising more, losing weight I'd never been able to lose before and just being overall healthier...suddenly last June I had some weird menstrual type cramps that just never went away. It went on for a solid month yet no period ever showed up. I was concerned enough that I was about to call the doctor to be checked out, when on a lark I decided to take a pregnancy test. I always kept them on hand and took them every other month because when your periods are that irregular, you just never know. And sure enough, it was positive. Sadly we lost it at 6+4, but it proved it was finally possible! After I was healed up from my D&C my OB recommended the Clomid again when I was ready, just to help the timing of it better, since I was fighting the clock with my age to wait for chance again.
So in November 2017 I had a spontaneous period all on my own, no Provera involved. I'd had a prescription for the Clomid again, lowest dose. I took it on the specified days and waited. I bought one of those ovulation predictor kits...those weren't around back when we were first trying, just to see if it'd help. All throughout the time frame I should have ovulated, I didn't...nothing, zilch, nada. But I kept peeing on the sticks every day, hoping for that smiley face on the reader. Then suddenly, on December 2nd, Cycle Day 21, a full week later than it should have been, that smiley showed up telling me in the next 12-24 hrs I'd ovulate.

WoW that is awesome. This baby is definitely a miracle. It is always telling when you have physicians that care and actually know what they are talking about. I could imagine how stressful it could be when you don’t menstrate on a regular basis. I was the same with not wanting to do IVF, the thought of it gave me anxiety. I did however keep the thought of it on the back burner. Glad everything worked out for you.
No periods or ovulation. I have HORRIBLE ovulation symptoms that are often debilitating so I've been on BC to handle it. The months it took TTGP were not very fun for that reason, so being free from the pain and periods is so nice!
@7425cait also have IBS issues and lactose intolerant and I can tolerate cheese (in small doses) and my stomach issues are actually 'normal' when pregnant. It was like this with DS, too, and I forgot how much I miss it!
This time around, seeing DS as a big brother already. He climbed on the couch the other night, sat right on top of me and said "I want to sit right by my brother". Or says "hiiii baby" in the cutest baby voice all the time. He gives my belly hugs and kisses without being prompted. He tells me how he's going to play with him and show him his firetruck and every other toy under the sun. Heart. Melted.

I have stomach issues in general (ibs) and during pregnancy, they seem to go away.
Also, during my first trimester I was so opposed to sex. My libido had since gone up, and it's pretty great.
I LOVE not getting a period. I have endometriosis so periods are literally debilitating for me so for these blessed 40 weeks my uterus is so happy.
I love being able to eat whatever I want and not be judged for it.

Other than that, baby kicks but nothing else lol. I’d take my periods over being pregnant (besides the obvious great result of it).
Also, something to blame my 8 o clock bedtime on. I always get made fun of for going to bed so early when not preg
