Seems like the board is lacking in some fun discussions! So I'm going to start a game of would you rather?

Would you rather lose all of your money and valuables or all of the pictures you have ever taken?

The game works by you answering other peoples would you rather and post a question of your own in your reply!

My answer is money and valuables. Pictures mean the world to me! The memories are priceless - you can always earn more money. When I'm old and want to remember all the life events and trips I took I will want those pictures to look at!

I would rather lose pictures (I have before when my computer died!). I can remember places and experiences, I don't need a picture to remind me. My valuables though- some of my grandmothers jewelry, my moms jewelry, our nest egg for a bigger house, money for future vacations- that would suck to lose.

Pictures. I have my memories, and make new ones all the time. On the otherhand, money is one of the things that allows me to be independent.

That said- my Mom once told me that she likes to share pictures from impossible events with a lot of people as fire insurance.

Pictures.. I love to look and reminisce but the important memories I have in my head..

Given my current smell sensitivities, I’m going to go with chicken clucking for sure. I’d probably just tell people I had a tick or something, and they’d get used to it.

And I would rather give up oral sex- it has never done anything for me at all. I get off in other ways much easier. And, like, hellooooo. Burrata? A good goat cheese? Mac n cheese? Like, that was no contest.

I’d lose that money and valuables. Those can be replaced. My kids love looking at pictures, especially of grandparents, family, loved ones that are from a long time ago and learning their stories.

I’d rather not speak ever again. My thought are private and I’d like to keep it that way.

Definitely give up cheese.

Outfit in the closet!! Lol I feel like I never have cute things to wear or look as nice when I leave the house as when I first get dressed.. (idk why it's the same outfit but outside it's just.. different..) I can figure out food even if it means going to the store lol

I'd rather lose money and valuable over pictures, say whatever I'm thinking (I do that anyway lol word vomit is a real thing ladies!), I'd give up cheese, and I'd prefer the perfect outfit because nothing seems to fit these days

I’ll also take the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy refrigerator, even if it can’t make a decent cup of tea.

Also, it seems like there would be serious ethical issues with mind reading, so I’ll go with changing my appearance.

@DunkinDecaf that's a good one!! But yes I think I'd do it. No matter how long i live if o had the Powerball (at its highest, I'm getting greedy if I'm giving up 10 years) I'd live very comfortably with my family and know they'd be all set after I pass, whether that be expenses, college tuition, their own families, I'd be okay with that. So either way I think it would be worth it.

I agree with you @mamabearcj the money would be great to pass on to my family. Plus the last 10 years you are old, crotchety and maybe not in good health. Skipping the bad years to live a full life of whatever you wish to do with lots of money! Retire early and enjoy the ride!
