I guess for some people, depending on time zone, it’s just morning.
I went to bed around 10, woke up at 11 for an hour or so, and woke up around 3. Alarm goes off at 5, and I have a headache and feel like throwing up, so I chugged water and am hoping to feel more normal by that time.
I was up last night but the Bump was glitchy and wouldn't let me sign in. Woke at 3:30 and I don't think I fell back asleep until 5:15, which sucked since my alarm went off at 5:45. I hit snooze until 6:30, but I'm just beat today.

Just got out of bed to go lay on my Cozy Bump. I just had this feeling that I was absolutely not going to get comfortable unless I could stretch out on my stomach. Then as I was laying there, DD came wandering out looking for the giraffe (teething) toy that she’s been dragging around from the baby’s room. The joys of her now knowing how to open a doorknob...
@jsl82 It’s not great to sleep on for an extended time but usually nap about 40 minutes to an hour and then am able to go back to my bed and get comfortable on my sides again. I mostly use it for 5 minutes or so a few times throughout the day just to stretch out those muscles in my back that don’t really relax any other way.
I woke up, sneezed about 10 times and now can't get back to sleep. Ah, the joys of allergies. We don't even have any plants or grass. Everything is rocks and straight dirt. What the heck. If it weren't 3am, I'd take a benadryl, but at this point I'd be asleep until 10am lol.
DS2 (3.5 years old) is going through a really annoying phase where he wakes up about 5 times a night, calls for me, has me readjust his blanket, and then goes right back to sleep. Half the time I have a hard time getting comfortable again. I sent my husband in to respond to him twice last night and DS2 wasn't having it and screamed for me. This is not going to work with a newborn. Ugh.
And I would have posted about this during MOTN, but the Bump wasn't signing me on on mobile... again.

Been up for almost 2 hours at this point. I spent a good amount of that having an emotional breakdown. Blaming the hormones mostly. I was pretty upset with MH, but he woke up and we talked about it, so at least I feel better about that. But he went back to sleep and I'm still up watching BBC nature documentaries hoping to find at least another hour or two of sleep before my alarm goes off. Tomorrow (today) might be a tough day at work.

Buh... woke up to dd wandering into our room. She has a nasty cold so coughing woke her up. We snuggled for a bit but I've been able to hear her coughing in the next room since. Then, anxiety kicked in because we need to turn our taxes in tomorrow and dh assured me we had everything.. well I was ruminating so got up to look. We most definitely did not have everything and still don't. At least it's basically just what he left at his office this weekend and printing one more thing. We are not waiting like this next year. I can't handle it. So, now my alarm is going off in less than an hour and I'm worked up enough that I can't go back to sleep.
First time joining the MOTN post. Got woken up by a sick kid. Mid April and I was starting to think maybe we avoided the stomach bug this yr. dh is camped on the couch and sent me back to bed. I can not do stomach bugs guys. This is my worst nightmare.

Can't be a coincidence. just such a bad wk cause he probably can't go to school tomorrow so I might have to cancel my OB apt. And our 10yr wedding anniversary is thurs. And hospital tour sun. Annnnd I'm sure atleast one of us will end up with this next.

Been up for about an hour. I woke up to pee and couldn’t get back to sleep. I assumed it must be 6:30, since I was so wide awake. Nope, it was 4:30. So, now I’m up and enjoying a cherry pop tart. I’m debating whether or not to respond to the newest drive by in the spreadsheet thread. Like, why are you here now and you didn’t even change your name??!?
Was up several times last night with intestinal anger, tried to poop like 5 times and no luck until about 430am. MH woke up one of the times and I said "my guts are just all crampy" or something like that and he got all worried I meant I was having contractions....nope, just stuck poop. So much for trying to get any rest. Every night it's something- stuffy nose, sneezing, trying to poop, snoring myself awake, remembering something important I was supposed to do.....good times!
So I just woke up with horrible heartburn and look at our baby monitor, there is DD awake in her crib just pulling at her hair. So now I'm afraid to get up and pee- because if she hears me than she's gonna wanna get up. I know the chances of me getting back to sleep are super small - but they are so much better if I don't have to get her back to sleep first.
ive been up every night this week but first time I remember to post. I have no clue what keeps waking me up but I’m tempted to take a Benadryl tomorrow bc this stinks.
@katie121209 I waiting an hour for her to fall back to sleep, crept to the bathroom, crept back to bed, and within 15 minutes she was up again and screaming crying (I think she's been having bad dreams again- because a couple times this week she has woken up crying, and falls back to sleep quickly after being comforted). Either way I was up for 2 hours Wednesday Night/Thursday morning. But she slept through the night last night- and some how I did too! It was amazing. I'm not counting on it happening again for months though
I was up from 1 am to 3 am last night. I woke up due to being hot (spring suddenly arrived yesterday) and then started worrying about stuff you have no control over at that hour of the night (needing to order a car seat, how to pay for 2 kids in daycare while I'm making zero money on maternity leave - or do I keep all 3 at home and lose my sanity, why did the furnace at our old house have to die now? Fun things like that).
I would have dropped in here, but the bump won't let me log in via mobile.

@jsl82 yay for sleeping through the night! @mytinc ugh worries stink. I’m also not making any money during maternity leave and am not in love with DDs school and am on the waitlist for another and have thought about keeping her home. But I just don’t think I can keep up with her activity those few weeks after c section, and I want some one on one binding during the day with new baby.
