So sore all the time. It’s affecting my sleep

It is really nice to feel movement now. I can already tell the difference not having an anterior placenta this time. I feel the movement a lot more strongly. We made some progress on getting rid of junk from the nursery, so we should be able to start makin more progress there. Being past the halfway point makes it easier to look forward to having baby in my arms, so even though I still feel bad, I’m excited!

DH has really pretty brown/green hazel eyes and DS has gorgeous blue/green eyes, so I’m excited to see how pretty this baby’s eyes turn out.

How are you feeling?
okay. I’m feeling big and the weight gain is really messing with me this time. I had no issues with gaining weight with DS so I’m not sure what the difference is. I’m trying to just not think about it but I’m so worried my doctor is going to say something at every appointment.

My in laws are really getting on my nerves. I usually get a long with them fine, and I think it’s pregnancy but they suddenly seem extremely passive aggressive and just over all annoying with the non stop advice and comments.
Any appointments this week?
I have one on Thursday but it’ll just be pee in a cup, blood pressure, and heart beat I think.

I have thick, wavy hair and I would love for the baby to get my hair! DS did not get it. Lol. My mom had blue eyes and my MIL has blue too. DH has brown and mine are more hazel. Much to everyone’s surprise DS has blue eyes. I’m excited to see what color this baby’s eyes are too.

it would be nice if baby gets my red hair. I thought DS was but it changed haha. Otherwise I hope he’s kind of like DS with temperament etc.
@lalala2004 I can tell the difference, too! It's SO cool!! Last time I had placenta previa but it was also anterior so I didn't feel anything for a long time. I do have an anterior lobe this time (think I mentioned it in randoms or something) but it's up high.
@amac12999 I could've written your post re: the weight gain and the in-laws! Both things are driving me nuts this time. I just need to get over both. Apparently, this is just how my body reacts to pregnancy and my in-laws are just annoying anyway!

I would love for my sinus headaches to go away. And I’m still taking diceglis because I feel sick without it, but it’s making me tired all the time. Even though I’m only taking half the dosage.

DH has been kind of reluctant to look at stuff for our registries, which is frustrating because he still has an opinion on things I pick out. It’s supposed to be crappy weather this weekend, so I’m dragging him to Target whether he likes it or not.

DH and I both have dark curly hair, so I imagine fuzzy (my niece’s nickname for baby) will as well. But both my dad and DH’s mom have blue eyes, so I think it will be cool if baby has dark hair and blue eyes.
Also, DH’s sister is pregnant with a girl too and their side of the family has really strong genes. All the men in the family for generations look almost identical. I’m really curious how similar our two girls will look.

Pretty good! However I have insomnia most nights if I don’t take unisom so that sucks.

DD is home all week for spring break and she’s driving me crazy. Not looking forward to summer vacation.

It’s not exactly something that I hope baby gets, but I have dark curly hair and DH has straight light brown hair. DD got his hair color with wavy hair and DS got his hair color with curly hair. I’m curious to see if this baby will also get his hair color and if it’ll be curly.

I Have a bladder infection and I'm about 85% sure I'm passing a small kidney stone but other than that, I'm feeling pretty good!

DH and I are really clicking here recently and have been having so much fun planning for baby girl. We've really been enjoying each other and it's put me in a really good mood!

I hope she gets my creativity and laid-back yet organized personality, and I really hope she gets her dad's dry sense of humor that always makes me laugh. ALSO I really hope she gets her dad's green eyes, or a mixture of my blue and his green.
How are you feeling? I feel really good. I honestly think it's my diet. I'm limiting carbs a little b/c I make such big babies and my doctor thinks this might help keep it under 10 lbs. That's yet to be determined, but I do feel good. Every time I cave and eat sugary sweets I feel bloated and sluggish.
Rants/raves/questions? This is a rant and rave in one. I just spent $180 at Motherhood Maternity. All of my maternity clothes were from my first pregnancy in 2013 and they're worn ragged. Plus, I have a lot of professional clothes, but I stopped working in January. I'm certainly not going to wear nice dresses or dress pants to hang with the kiddos. So, I'm happy I now have some clothes, but pissed they're so expensive.
Any appointments this week? Anatomy scan on Thursday. I'm so anxious. I woke up today thinking it was Wednesday and was sorely disappointed to find out it was only Tuesday.
GTKY: What trait do you hope the baby gets from you, your SO, or another family member? I hope this little girl inherits my love of music. I live for it, whereas H doesn't remember song lyrics for the life of him (because he doesn't really listen). I hope she one day has that feeling of goosebumps hearing a song that speaks to her.
Physically, I would love for her to have dark hair. I'm super blonde and DH has almost black hair. DS1 is almost white blonde and DS2 was born darker, but is a blondie now. They both have dark eyelashes, so they may turn dark at some point. But, I guess I just like what I don't have. DS1 has light blue eyes and DS2 has brown eyes like DH. They're both so pretty that I'm not picky there. (I mean, I'm not picky with any of it...she'll look like what she looks like).

Much better that the first half of the pregnancy. I can still only eat small meals so I usually snack and eat 1 meal a day.

I feel the same way as @khugs15 DH and I are getting along really well. I am happy about this because the first three months was rough for us. I am not really sure if it was him or me,but it was definitely not good for our relationship. We have a lot going on right now and I am a firm believer that sometimes relationships need change. Between the baby and buying a new home it has really brought us together. Exciting times for our family.

I hope this baby looks like the boy version of my daughter. She is beautiful and people always comment on how beautiful she is. I would love for my boy to be the same. My daughter features just flow together, so I hope this is the same for my son. If he ends up with my big nose and my husbands families big ears, I will feel really bad for him.

Pretty fine! I started feeling baby moving around in there during last week. This was same time I started feeling #1 (18 week mark).

Had my anatomy scan yesterday and all looking perfect. Though I apparently have a low lying placenta this time. I know its nothing to worry about (yet anyway) but of course it has me crazy googling.

Yesterday! I was supposed to go in next week but sonogram lady was going to be out so they moved me to this week.

I hope he/she does not get my family's teeth! We all had braces and lots of crazy orthodontic work and now that DS has teeth in I feel he has inherited those lucky genese.. so hopefully #2 won't!

My mother is just overbearing. We won't talk to her about names so she decided to tell us what kind of names she likes/dislikes. It was beyond irritating.

As far as character traits, I would love for the baby to be genuine and true to himself like his father. I think that's something that's becoming hard to come by.
As far as physical traits, I just want the baby to have something of mine. My fiance's family has very strong genes.
