I had my second ultrasound today. The first was ten days ago and it measured me at five weeks with a yolk sac and gestational. Today it measured me at five weeks six days with a crown rump length which I didn't have last time. But no heartbeat

also there's another ring additional to my yolk sac and I have no idea what it is.. My hcg has been rising. But I feel like this is developing slow. I feel heartbroken as I've had two miscarriages. I feel like something is wrong with me.

5 weeks is still early to see a heartbeat, which is why it is not uncommon to have a first US at 8 weeks.

If your doctor doesn't seem concerned I wouldn't worry right now. As PP said, 5/6 weeks is still early for a HB. As for the extra ring, no idea, that'd be a question for your doctor.

Don't be scared nothing you mentioned seems concerning. Too early for FHR and as long as the yolk sac is proportionate to baby then your ok! Try and remain calm and positive. Great sign that Hcg still rising and no other adverse symptoms!
