Getting ready for April IVF

Good afternoon,

I wanted to share a great idea that was passed onto me. I have created a whole IVF corner in our bedroom with a hanging shoe organizer and a large calendar. I am not the most organized person but I knew I had to be for my cycle so I started looking for different ways to stay organized and this is what I found. I can see everything all at together (except for the refrigerated meds (even though they are pictured)) and I keep the calendar updated with just IVF info. Hopefully this will also make my DH feel as include as he possibly can. I hope someone else will find this helpful.

  • This is such a great idea. I love it! I think that I would have done something similar... However my dreams of IVF were recently crushed! Okay I am way too sad to talk about anything else but that.... Like I had super high hopes for this  but turns out no! However this post is amazing for that it made me forget for a second. To think that it is specifically about the thing that I want to forget. Really great idea my dear. I love it... Keep us updated on what happens next with your IVF. I would love to be part of your journey! It will feel like I am achieving it too... So again thank you for the post. God bless you, I guess... I wish all the best in the world!
  • Great idea!  I usually just have all of my supply's shoved in a tote.  This is a great way to organize. Thanks for sharing!

  • I am so sorry...I wish there was more to day. Whether temporary or permanent, I hope you and your husband are able to find peace in your situation. Maybe there is a different plan in the works for the two of you.
  • It feels intimidating to have so many meds and appointments and timing to keep straight, but this seems like a great solution. Great work getting yourself ready and organized : ) I'll be doing IVF in April too! Wishing you all the best for your journey!
  • Such a good system! Thanks for sharing!

Wow that's a great idea... I absolutely love it !  I wish someone shared this when I was going through IVF 2 years back... there would have been less mess and confusion around. You can make your DH mark on the calendar for you before going to bed to include him in the whole prepare for IVF process... "just Kidding"  Wish you all the best for your upcoming IVF... sending baby dust!

@tinjp78 oh man! Biotex scammers on here too!
ALL: the spyderbitt person is probably some dude in a basement in Eastern Europe. That poster is part of a scam that sends people here to troll for a fertility and surrogacy program called biotex. It’s not a real gal with issues, so PLEASE don’t waste your beautiful sympathy on them....
    ugh
also... good luck April ivf-ers! There’s a girls who started posting on our fet board that I’m going to send over to y’all.... she was dying for true ivf board to open :)
  • @prtykty84 The organizer you made is inspiring. I didn't have that much meds when I was doing IVF#1 last year, the protocols here in Japan is a bit different. But then, if things change and I'd be put in a different protocol with lots of meds, I'd probably follow your example

Im sorry that your cute thread got infected by biotex. Here's my message for you biotexcom
