  • I had acupuncture Monday and I think it may have legit done something helpful. I’m uncomfortable still in the pelvic/pubic region but it’s not awful pain so I was able to work out on Wednesday at home and then last night at yoga was able to do the most I’ve done in weeks!

    The instructor even said she could tell by my face I felt better because she can usually tell when I am forcing myself to do something through pain and I wasn’t last night!

    My goal is to actually go to the gym tomorrow too, so we will see!

    Jk. I have been off the wagon since DS got the flu. We're going out of town and will be doing a lot of walking over the next week so hopefully that will offset the 28 lbs of Mexican food I intend to eat.

  • @Firemanswife11 she said it will last maybe around 2 weeks so I will be interested to see. I’ve got an appt in 3 regardless though.  I felt almost like a normal person. Two weeks ago I was crying in yoga and last night I was wall sitting like a boss haha
  • I went to yoga twice this week and went on one walk. I hope to make a yoga class tomorrow but I’ve been terrible about going on the weekends. 
  • I went to yoga on Saturday morning and just found out they are starting another prenatal class on Wednesday nights but it’s not at my gym so I would have to pay extra for it which my DH was butt hurt about

  • I went to the gym yesterday! I did the elliptical which normally I find to be a useless machine for exercise but felt okay for my issues. 

    Then i I did some free weights in the weight area and felt like everyone was looking at me funny. I’m sure they weren’t but lol
  • I go back to work today fertilizing lawns so I think I am pretty much covered on the fitness side of things. 
  • I've been going to a pre-natal yoga class for the past few weekends and loving it.  I'm still feeling pretty good and going to the gym almost every morning even to just walk or do the eliptical for a 15 minutes.  We live in an apartment building with a decent gym which has been really convenient but we are moving in June and that will all change.  I'm going to have to get creative and maybe buy some weights.
