  Healthy. There are food restrictions due to potential harmful bacteria and limits on types of fish. Docs can usually guide you better on those or even provide you with a list of food no no’s and limits. TB also has a section you can reference.

  Your OB should give you some guidelines. The biggies are no alcohol, cold meat, raw fish. Some cheeses are off limits. I looked many things up as I went with my first.
