Selfishly starting because of my acupuncture appointment yesterday.
Its been like 7 weeks so I brought up my SPD and the supervisor of the students on Mondays specializes in women’s health, pregnancy and fertility so she was familiar and treated it before and directed the student to one of the points which was like an inch above my vagina on the pubic bone.
I was not not prepared for this in that area. I was also wearing like dry fit workout underwear and a panty liner so when she pulled down my undies, all was exposed lol. I know they are trained professionals and luckily the supervisor is not one I’ve ever encountered on my work side. Then because my undies were not cotton, she tried to get her helped to hold them down while the needle sat and I was like no, no I got it hahaha
In an effort to save money and satisfy my cravings this week, I've been eating an entire can of canned asparagus with my nightly dinners. It's not as good as freshly steamed or grilled, but it works, and at 30 cents a can at our local discount grocery? Hells yeah!
@scottishlass1213 I had bad SPD with my first pregnancy and I often had the chiropractor adjust my pubic bone which hurt.like.hell. I would literally come off the table. She is trained primarily to work on pregnant women and is very good at her job but OMG. I haven't had to go to the chiropractor yet this pregnancy (I don't know why, but I'm not complaining) and I hope I don't get SPD!
@Firemanswife11 I had it near the end of third trimester with DS so I just kind of dealt with it but the fact it stared so early this time I am willing to try anything. I do feel a bit better today so I’ll be curious to see the next week if it’s done anything.
I am a hot mess today, I popped my top button on my blouse the very second I walked in to work so I've been basically flashing my bra all day, and then I spilled salad dressing all over myself at lunch. I'm definitely already fulfilling the "frazzled mom" stereotype.

I’m either constipated or I have diarrhea. Why is there no happy, normal,medium?
Same! It's so painful to be constipated, but then once I get things moving, it's damn near explosive. Annoying.
