Hormones must be raging this morning! I saw a news story about the bridge collapse in Florida. They were interviewing the mother of a young man who was involved  (he's fine) and they asked her what it was like to receive the phone call that a bridge collapsed on him. She started crying and I started bawling!
I decided to check back on my old BMB (July '14 - we actually had a catfish that was found out towards the end. Major drama.) and I saw the post about DS going back to the hospital, again, after spending 54 days in the NICU. Cue the bawling again! Thinking about spending the day watching lifetime movies or something to get the crying out of my system!

@andromeda222 thanks. Now you've got me going... Haha
@middleschoolmommy What a whack-job! I can never understand why people do that sort of thing.
@wannaflickone DH always asks me why I am watching because I get so emotional about it too. I love so many of the other things they touch on though. It really pulls at the heartstrings!

As for me, my son has been sick recently. I suspect roseola because after the fever broke there was a bumpy rash all over, though we avoided the Dr because his symptoms were manageable and there's really not much they can do for that and a rash is a sign that it's ending. I was just emotional this whole past week dealing with him. It hurts me to see him not feel well. Thank goodness today he seems to have bounced back, but he had an allergic reaction to his diaper this morning and I started panicking all over again. He's my first, and he's never had much more than a cold before, so I still freak out at the smallest things!!
Other than crying about the discomfort of my son, any and every TV commercial has been making me tear up. Doesn't even have to be about an emotional topic. But if it involves someone looking happy in slow motion with a cup of coffee and/or with an animal by their side (think pill/treatment commercials) I am an extra hot mess.

@tessiesmom26 yea I was a blubbering mess. My daughter was looking at me like I was nuts.
ETA: We were on the bump until after babies were born and then moved to FB. We felt it help us weed out the crazies.
@andromeda222 That elephant pic is so so adorable! Thank you for sharing.
AFM- I'm crying because I have the most horrible cold ever and I'm such a baby. I'm too scared to take any medicine because the OB yesterday told me it was best not to take anything in the first 13 weeks.

Finally get some quiet to myself now that the kids are in bed, and I have no motivation for anything. I wanted to sew but I just feel like crap and kinda just want to go to sleep.
AFM my daughter turned 1 on Saturday and I can't believe that she's so big already! Add the fact that she's going to be a big sister and allll the tears.
@wannaflickone I really didn't stay in touch with my February 2017 club and I wish I had! I agree about FB. I don't think you can hide much on there!
I'm crying today because I work in a family law office and all these sad cases are really getting to me today.

I was crying this morning because a cute little bird flew into the window in front of my office building. I swear I thought the thing was a goner because it looked like it's neck was broken, but then it sat up, and eventually flew away. Cue the tears!!!

@mockingjay1 How is your DS doing in his new toddler bed? Has it been an easy transition?
AFM- I almost cried this morning because DD climbed into the bathtub all by herself for the very first time. I love that she is growing up, but it's also hard to see my "baby" doing so many things all by herself now. MH reminded me that soon enough I'll have a new baby to take care of.
