@mesamyt I’m so sorry about your loss. As the other ladies have said, a loss is still a loss. You can be happy about the one you still have and grieve the one you lost at the same time. I have a friend in a similar situation as you and she told me there are bereavement specialists that can help you with the mixed emotions. Please reach out to one if you find yourself struggling. ❤️
Finally! 7 weeks along .. due date of 10/26 but scheduled c section for 10/19/18! 135bpm heart rate. This will be #2 for me .. my son is 7 as of January
@Knottie1430089635 first off, please change your screenname so its easier to tag! There are a billion knotties and no one can ever tell any of them apart. Second off, my guess is that its a human! Congrats! None of us here are doctors and the Ramzi method has, over and over and over, proven to be false, so guessing will set you up for potential disappointment when you get your ideas set on one and it ends up being the other. The Bump tends to favor science, reason and logic over...whatever category people want to put the Ramzi method in.
Got to see my peanut again today! I'm 9+3 and measuring right on track with a heartbeat of 170. My fertility clinic is doing my NT scan in 3 weeks then finally graduating me to my OB!

So I got to see our Munchkin on Thursday, supposed to be 6w4d but measuring 6w (even I'm not losing sleep over that). "Strong heartbeat, looks really good!" the doc said. She didn't give me a HB # tho. (Really the only reason she saw me so early was because she doesn't deliver anymore so she confirms the pregnancy and then refers me to someone else in the practice.) BUT...then I started spotting this wknd. She did a reassurance t/v for me today, still good heartbeat and now 6w4d, so still growing on schedule. First appt with the new OB will be next Tues. Trying to remember to breathe. This pic is last wk's.

First u/s. Measuring 7w1d with a heartbeat of 116. LMP has me at 9w4d and I’m a little concerned because the math just doesn’t make sense. They took the measurement twice and it came out the same both times. We’ll see what happens over time, I guess.
@BrittanyCupcakes sounds like a good heartbeat and a good attitude on your end! If you do get a little anxious, there's a few of us here also 'running behind' so feel free to reach out
@chopchop25 mostly just bummed out that I have two more weeks of first tri symptoms. Also was hoping this one would come before DD’s birthday, not after. MIL is supposed to come out for her birthday and to meet the new LO, and now I’m just kind of thrown off about how we are going to pull this off.
Finally had our first ultrasound today!! Baby is measuring perfectly at 7 weeks 1 day with a heartbeat of 143!!! I am so relieved.

Had my follow-up ultrasound with my RE today at 8w5d, and baby was looking great!! Measuring ahead by a couple days at 9w1d, with a strong heartbeat of 179!! We even got to see the little gummy bear wiggle around a little on the screen. Finally starting to feel a little more calm after having two great scans. Officially moving on in two weeks from my RE to see he regular OBs, so I’m really happy!
Here’s Egg measuring exactly 8w 3d which is what I am today. She said the HB looks great, but didn’t say what it was. I feel like it’s finally real now that we had the ultrasound.
OMG I am so in love!! Measured at 8wk 6d so she moved my due date up by 2 days which was fine by me so Oct 17 it is. HB was 169! The baby wiggled around SO much.. the US tech said she rarely sees that much hokey pokey this early lol. We even got some waves! It was the best feeling ever to finally see a healthy baby in there. Oh, and did I mention I’m in love?

Had my first prenatal exam Monday 7w3d. Doctor said the baby is looking healthy, which was good to hear since I had light spotting last week and was pretty anxious waiting for my appointment. My husband came with and finally got to see the baby- I still don't think it's settled in for him. Already in love!
I’ve gotta say, the wait is nerve wracking but worth it! Our first ultrasound went great today. Our Pumkin seed is measuring right at 7 weeks and 3 days (lmp 7 weeks and 2 days), heartbeat at 158 bpm. I know we’re not out of the woods yet but I can breathe a little sigh of relief at least!
Love hearing about all of the healthy babies. It makes the wait easier until my US in 8 days. Sending love to those who got bad or concerning news. These early weeks are particularly tough, but we are strong mamas.
We were so happy to finally see our little one! We heard a nice healthy heartbeat of 169...measuring 7w6d about 3 days behind my guess so I couldn’t be happier!
A happy update! Still tracking behind, and the doc is still confused as heck, too, but we're rolling with it. Growth was 2w+1d from our last appt, which was 2 weeks ago (she isn't moving due date with the one day difference, obviously, but you can bet I'm making a big deal out of that one day!) So, 8w3d (really 8w4d now) with a HB of 175. H is SUPER pumped, and I think I'm still processing but happy enough. Baby is the size of a pygmy seahorse! May keep ticker due date on 10/15 (even though it's 10/22 now) because she said she'd induce a week early since I'm on the blood thinner.
