I thought DST would make DS sleep in. That was a big fat NOPE! I have a splitting headache, he has a terrible cough that I’ll be calling the doc about, and we are both exhausted. Eff you, Monday.
Good morning ladies! I think DST threw DS off - he would wake up at his 'normal' time but in the AM it was still dark. And going to bed all of a sudden it's light out. Sigh. I think Arizona doesn't have to deal with the mess of DST. Why can't other states get on board?
Anyway, at work super early because Dr. appt this afternoon. Grumble.
My WTF is to myself. I left my body pillow in my sister's car yesterday, so last night I slept like absolute crap without it. I woke up cranky, tired and sore. I feel bad asking her to mail it back since it's so big, so I'll have to wait until we see them next month. Guess I'm going to Target at lunch and buying a new one.
This side sleeping only thing is terrible! I roll from one side to the other all night because my hips end up hurting. Plus now I have a pain/crick in my shoulder. I am seriously considering sleeping sitting up in a recliner from now on.
WTF to these snow storms. I am still super dependent on Diclegis and I ordered some about two weeks ago but because of the snow storms it still has not come in yet. I ran out and have been super sick. Going to the doctor today and hopefully they will have samples.
I came here to bitch about dailylight savings time, but I see you all beat me to it. Also, I’m experimenting with giving up caffeine to see if it will help my awful daily headaches. UGH so I MAY have a UTI, the results are not conclusive apparently so she's sending my urine for some other test. I've never had a urinary infection ever so I have no idea. Now I am nervous about this!

I am so, so, so very tired of waking up with a headache/neckache nearly every day. I am so, so, so very beyond tired of Tylenol being absolute shit for a pain relieving drug.
It was 50* yesterday, then it started snowing by the time we got out of Walmart, then it rained, and then it froze. I'm tired of winter and being stuck inside. I want to go outside and plant flowers and soak up the sunshine and feel the warmth, and do something different besides feeling like the walls are closing in on me as I'm surrounded by filth and clutter that I can't seem to make myself tackle. Not to mention try to half-ass start packing up things for an eventual move at some point.
And since my mom is apparently the single most busy retired person on the face of the planet who spends every damn minute of every damn day of every damn week decorating and cleaning her home repeatedly, because that's what apparently narcissists do, she's thus too busy to take my grandmother to get her taxes done, so once again that responsibility falls on me.
But that's okay, grandma paid me a whole $10 for spending ~6 hours with her on Friday shuttling her around the area to get her nails done, her hair done, her checks cashed, her groceries purchased, fed her lunch and dinner, and other errands she had at the time all while being in tremendous abdominal pain. I'm freaking rich. *rolls eyes*

Try not to worry too much, those tests can be inconclusive for a lot of reasons. I recently had a UTI and it was effing terrible so she started me on antibiotics before even getting the results of my culture but I've had several in my life so I knew what it was. My OB said AZO is pregnancy safe so if you're in any pain while peeing I suggest taking that, however, that will also make your urine results inconclusive. And as usual, drink as much water as you can handle and then drink more water.
AFM I'm just a crabby monster. DS1 has a double ear infection and when I went to get his prescription yesterday they couldn't find my insurance and even after calling envisionRX they said I haven't had coverage since December so I ended up paying out of pocket and now I'm battling with our HR department and my insurance third party group. I HATE THIRD PARTY INSURANCE. They're located in Indiana and only open M-F from 8-5 which here is 5am-2pm and that's not even possible for me to use during their time frame so nothing can be verified. SO ANNOYING. Also, my broken foot hurts and I can only take Tylenol. There's not enough coffee in the world right now.
When I google UTI the only symptoms I seem to have outwardly is the extra leaking and some pressure/sensitivity...i dont feel the urge to pee more and it doesn't hurt.

That's a good thing! Hopefully they can get your urine re-tested quickly and if anything is found get you on the correct treatment plan ASAP. I'd hate for it to turn painful for you, they're truly awful.
@scottishlass1213 My primary UTI symptoms are generally an increased urgency to go, like, I'm going to pee myself if I don't make it to the bathroom now, and then go very little when I sit down. Then when I do urinate, often it'll burn or feel like an exposed nerve when it comes out.
Hopefully it's just a one-off test for you and you don't have one.

Finally just heard back on my car that's been in the shop for 2 weeks. To repair my engine it will be $4k. I paid $7600 for my car 4 months ago. First stop is going back to the dealership it was purchased from to see what/if they will do anything for me and if they won't then my next stop is to a lemon law lawyer to see what my rights are. THIS IS SO ANNOYING. This is what I get for buying a used car in a hurry. Life lesson learned the VERY hard way.

@neeraja_k that is a really good description of what a UTI feels like. The exposed nerve feeling is the worst.
My late night edition BF is the super cute new shoes I wore to work today tore the F out of the skin on the back my heals. I'm blistered and bandaged right now. The next few days it's going to be a pain finding shoes that don't rub that spot. May have to resort to boots.
@brzvice ugh I hate when that happens! Have you tried Dr Scholls moleskin? It’s so awesome, it sticks on your skin and protects it from the scraping or after the scraping happened. Highly recommend and you can get it at target or wherever.
Since there’s a whole UTI conversation here, last night, I could not shake the feeling of having to pee last night when I was laying down. I probably went 5 times before falling asleep. It doesn’t hurt or anything, so I’m thinking it’s just baby on bladder, but maybe I should get it checked out? I’ve never had a UTI.
