    I have 3 children. This is my first baby with colic. Its horrible! Most nights usually 4-6 nights a week,  She cries for hours upon hours from about 5pm through 11pm blood curdling cries then finally sleeps usually only on me on the couch then up at 2:30 cries and we pace the floor for about an hour then she will sleep on me on the couch a little but very restless and fidgitiy till around 6am. Some mornings, usually 2-3 days a week she will scream and cry till around 10am then be ok till the evening. She is 3 months old now (14weeks) and hasn't outgrown this yet. I was hoping and praying for the 3 month mark, it was here and gone already. Her pediatrician says there's no need to worry, is it just colic? she acts so miserable and like she's in pain, I can't get anything done and its all chaos. I have a 2 year old and its a challenge to even get dressed by 9am. Ive cut dairy, nuts, eggs to no avail. Am I missing something? Milicon drops help minimally! I'm so glad she's my last baby and glad she wasn't my first or I would never have had my other kids. I love her so much and it makes my heart break for her. But I'm so exhausted and just want her to be happy and I know she wants to be happy. She has the best smile and is so sweet when she's not having an episode of colic.  I hate the word colic!!! And everything about it!!! Any advice or experience?
  • See a chiropractor and cut out soy.

    Ok, I called and have an appt for her on Wednesday  to see the chiropractor. Thanks! I'll cut soy as well.
  • We dealt with this, from about week 6 to about week 13.  Cutting eggs (I’m already dairy/gluten free) helped, as did probiotics and Nat Phos tabs for the reflux. And power squats with Enya.
  • @curiousfool1 did you take the probiotics or did you give them directly to the Baby? Yes,  power squats help :)
  • I did a 15 day round of Mommy's Bliss probiotics and gave them right to him with the dropper.

    @NYTino24 Thanks!! I'll try it :)
  • So we've been to chiropractor twice now in the past 7 days. So far today marks day #2 with no colic crying!! Hallelujah!!!
    She is still up and down at night, which I will work on once the colic is gone. But yesterday and today she is like a normal happy baby, it's so amazing! I hope and pray so much this continues. I am loving it. She still wants to be held all the time which I'm ok with as long as she's not wailing and arching her back screaming and having to be bounced. This is great! Makes play so much easier with my 2 year old.
  • @jarob747 Hooray!!
