Selfishly started because I am so excited! My company changed it's dress code policy to a "dress for your day" policy! Meaning unless you have customer meetings/outside contact (which I have none of) WE GET TO WEAR JEANS EVERYDAY!
Another positive...I get to go shopping because I only have two pairs of maternity jeans. But I do have quite a few maternity dress pants, most of which are hand me downs, so I will probably still wear those #balleronabudget

@krashke yay for comfort!! I love working for a company that basically said they were happy as long as we were all clothed everyday. I could wear gym clothes or pajamas all day if I wanted- and if I get any bigger I may have to wear pajama pants.
I just heard back from our landlord and we can leave our lease early! Hooray!! I'm now obsessively looking at two bedroom apartments! I'm so excited that I'll have a real apartment with a real nursery to bring the babies home to!
My positive is that I passed my glucose test!! DH and I went to Disney for the last time before the move today and after I got the call, I celebrated by getting a double scoop waffle cone on Main Street. So good!

I had a really easy, stress free day at work today, which are hard to come by. Andplusalso, my boss is going to be out of town for the next 2 weeks off and on with the latter part being out of the country. Means my emails will go from 56 a day to 6.
@LaceyBee522 Congrats on the apt! Hooray for more space! @stephcat421 thanks! @Amphibious22 Thanks and yay!!! I hope the ice cream was extra tasty @amys614 Thanks and + a million on the no boss situation! I know you can feel a change in our office when our boss is gone. Enjoy!!!
Had my regular apt today. And she wants another ultrasound before my next visit. Because my thyroid is so screwed up and I have the autoimmune thyroiditis, she wants to check his growth etc. So even though its because of issues, it's a positive to me cause I love ultrasounds!! And didn't expect any more anytime soon!!

@LaceyBee522 that's great he let you out of the lease. I feel like there should be laws, like change of circumstances clauses in leases that allow for this (similar to insurance), when we got our house in July '15, my lease wasn't up until Oct '15 and they wouldn't let me out of it. So I had to sublease (without authorization from my landlord) it ended up working out okay, the subleasor paid every month, she did stick me with her last electricity bill though. But I'll take losing $75 over paying rent for 4 months. @kfren glad you're okay, that's a huge fear of mine @Amphibious22 I want icecream in a cone that sounds so good, I had icecream Sunday but a waffle cone yum @amys614 That is literally only of the few pros to my current job. My boss has another office in Fla so he's gone a lot things are SO much better when he's gone. @catlady1215 even though its not under the best circumstances I'm glad you get to see your baby more
-Maternity pants make me feel like a whole new woman. -It's Thursday! -I put chocolate syrup in my coffee this morning and it's amazing. -I may actually brush my hair, pluck my eyebrows, and put a little makeup on today.
It's Presidents' Day and I have to work but it seems like everyone else is off today so my drive to work was so quick and smooth! No traffic or stupid people!
Also, do we need to do a new Positive Focus every week as it doesn't seem like this one got all that many posts.

@krashke - I vote no, but I also feel a few of our threads could really be consolidated to monthly or bi-weekly (or just one weekly random vs. weekday and weekend?), so I'm obviously #teamsimplicity.
when I first found out I was preg DH got me a gift card for a prenatal spa day (massage, facial, pedi) and I cashed in on it yesterday...pure heaven. I didn't realize that parts of me were as sore/tight as they were and now I feel loosey goosey
@krashke - yes- do the massage girl!!! so so good. It should be a pregnancy requirement. The only down side was I couldn't drink the champagne/wine they offered in the quiet room.
My mom is using some vacation time this week, and Dad is newly retired since the beginning of the year, and they asked me if I could bring DD over to spend the night with them one night this week! We usually go over to see them about once a week and she adores them. I usually only leave her there when I need to run a few errands or something quick, because I never want to feel like I’m taking advantage of them. I’m also pretty whacko about just wanting her home with me at night, but I’m looking forward to it as a little break! DH and I will probably go out for dinner and then tomorrow morning I’ll tackle some tubs of clothes in the baby room before I go pick her up later in the day.
Positive focuses: -My dogs love sleeping on me, and it's so warm. One dog is sleeping on my leg, and the other is sleeping with her head on his back. -Cocoa puffs and cinnamon toast crunch. Yum. -We replaced the air filter in my car, and it fixed every issue I've been having, and my car drives like she's new again.
I’m so happy to be on this vacation and DH is in such a good mood, it’s wonderful. I think partly he feels guilty for the night before our flight so he’s being extra cheerful and patient to make up for it, but I also think the sunshine really does make a huge difference. And either way I’ll take it!
