How rebuild your uterine lining and regain your period

Hello. So I’m three months post d&c for a mmc. My period has yet to return. They did an ultrasound and said my uterus is a good size and my ovaries look fine but I have no lining. I have had amenorrhea in the past and hormonal imbalances so I’m assuming that’s the culprit. I have an appointment 3/18 with a reproductive endocrinologist. In the mean time does anyone have any advice for trying to get things going naturally? Also any experience with similar issues and if you conceived eventually how? Thank you.

    @knottie54216c518423431f  Sorry to hear about your mmc.  I am not sure as I had the opposite issue in the past (too thick a lining).  Just wanted to say I hope you can get an answer, wish I knew more to tell you.

    All TI cycles BFN (with letrozole, ovidrel, prometrium)
    Hysteroscopy + Polypectomy + D&C on 1/3
    IUI #1 February 6, BFP 2/21, CP 2/26
    IUI #2 March 14, BFN
    IUI #3 April 11, BFN
    IUI #4 May 11, BFN
    July 2018 IVF, developed lead follicle, converted to TI, BFN
    August/September 2018 IVF converted to freeze-all: 7 mature eggs; we fertilized 3 and froze 4. 3/3 fertilized and 1 blast!
    October 2018 FET-BFN
    November 2018 FET-TBD

    I’m so sorry to hear about your mmc. I’ve never had this happen, but presumably your RE will prescribe something to get you jump started. In the meantime, you might try drinking red raspberry leaf tea and pomegranate juice.
