I've been having a lot of "breathing anxiety" this week where I feel I cannot get a lot of breath in my chest, if that makes sense? Out of nowhere really and think it's stemming from DH being gone (come on Wednesday) and being so bored at work that I have more time to think about how I am feeling.
I feel less like crying this week about stuff, so that is good. We had a really nice day of almost 70 degrees yesterday and that improved my mood, but now it's supposed to snow Saturday LOL I have to work from home Monday because daycare is closed so I am trying to look forward to a pseudo 3 day weekend. Only thing is a birthday party to go to on Saturday at my least favorite birthday place LOL I am friendly with a lot of the other parents so hopefully should be fine.
I think closer to the end of this pregnancy I may reach out to my dr about having meds handy to go back onto after birth.
@scottishlass1213 I know that breathy feeling and it’s the worst. I hope it passes for you.
I’ve felt pretty good the last couple days, although I’m usually exhausted by about 2pm and start to get short with ds. I get very impatient in the evenings and am just ready for the day to be done at that point. A good night’s sleep tremendously helps my mood but falling asleep is so hard.
Mostly I’m worried that DS caught the strep he was exposed to at school and have been keeping an eye on him all day. Slightly elevated temp and he didn’t eat much, so who knows.
@ladygali I’m feeling like that too. I have been sick for about 5 weeks now and it’s mentally draining me. Nighttime’s hard cause I have trouble falling aslee. Just praying this passes quick!
@scottishlass1213 I know that feeling too and have been having the same. For me I think it’s pregnancy breathlessness but then it makes me panic a bit. I have to just sit and try to relax.

Have you tried unisom? I take half a pill at night though I still can wake up.
