I realize this could fit somewhere else, and hope it’s forgiveable to put it in a new space.

Weekends tend to be slow anyways right?

I’m having some serious hormone highs, and wanted to know who else is has something worth smiling over going on?!

Mine is that even though DH is working the mornings this weekend, dd is being so good and not melting down like she normally would.

We sat thru her treatments just holding hands, usually we snuggle but I’m nervous about the vibrations of her vest disrupting the pregnancy....it’s prolly fine, but I just can’t shake the thought.

@jhjocelyn Aw what a trooper! It amazes me how strong and understanding kids can be sometimes.

Today I'm smiling because H is treating me to breakfast in bed (a lifesaver for MS) and then I go to a dear friend's baby shower. I love baby showers!

On Thursday I leave for Zion National Park/Las Vegas for a bachelorette party to celebrate my best friend. We live on opposite sides of the country so I’m very much looking forward to spending time with her and having a girls trip.

@SkilledSailor Hooray for breakfast in bed!! Dh took over dinners because that’s when my ms kicks up.

And the sweetness was short-lived, by bfast it was the usual “forks are not pretend people! Put bites in your mouth or set it down!”

After I finished puking this morning, DS came over and gave me a big hug and told me "Mommy all better now"

DH has been handling the snow shoveling (and we have parking for 10 to shovel) for the 12" of snow that's come down this week. And DS has been laying on, riding, and hugging Spock all week. Spock grins. I love it.

Dh got up with DS this morning so I could get a little more sleep. From the other room I hear "i love you dadda man" I just about melted into a puddle.

DS has really been a loving boy today. Even while I napped on the couch, he kept coming over to lay with me the getting up to see DH. Hes a handful of energy but gosh does he love hard

DH was really sweet this morning while I was getting ready, and we were talking about our little tater tot. Then on my way out the door, he gave me the absolute Best hug. We were just standing there hugging, and he's holding me like there was nowhere else I had to be, and I said to him, "We did it!" It was a really nice moment.

@jhjocelyn I also feel the worst at night (actually after 2 pm each day) and my DH has taken over cooking dinner/bringing home food. Such a lifesaver!

AFM:
We had a really fun family day today. We took DD to her friend’s birthday party and I got to catch up with some of my Mom friends I haven’t seen in a while, went to an indoor play place and then to lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. We each picked out our own slice of cheesecake to enjoy tonight while watching a movie!
