How's it going, mamas? I've not done nearly as much lifting lately but I am still trying to do 30 minutes of some kind of exercise most days of the week, even if it's just walking. We have a gym at work so it's super convenient. I'm going to be sad when I quit and don't have this anymore!

I did take the dog for a 45 minute walk on Monday though, so does that count? I'm getting sad about my loss of muscle tone, but it's really my own fault right now. I need to find the motivation and the guilt that I usually have about working out.
I did sign up for a 7 week prenatal yoga session my co-worker teaches that starts in March though.
