Hi everyone. I wanted to introduce myself. I don't feel like I "fit" anywhere right now but miss chatting with my birth month board so I thought this might be a good place to come. I found out today I'm having a miscarriage. Baby didn't grow and a heartbeat was never found. I have a 5 year old DD and had 1 miscarriage before her. I was earlier along with the first so I'm nervous about how this will go but I'm hoping I'll be able to let this resolve naturally. This was not a planned pregnancy but our hearts quickly attached to the idea of expanding our family and now want to try again once I recover from this. It will be a little while until we are TTC since I am just going through this process but I wanted to go ahead and introduce myself here.

I’m sorry for your loss. I’m in the same camp: unplanned pregnancy, quickly got excited about starting a family (we have no children currently) only to have an mc early on.

This forum has been very helpful to me, it’s nice to talk and read the experiences of people who have been through the same. Everyone here are really supportive and knowledgeable, and very welcoming to us new people! Hopefully your stay will be short!

Hi, I am new here as well. I had my first baby last March, but as I am 37 we didn’t want to wait before having a second,especially as it took us three years of trying with the first. Well this past December I got a an early positive... then two days later started bleeding. I guess it was what they call a chemical pregnancy, but I was shocked at how attached I had become to the little potential life! I think in some way to a faster, deeper degree then my first pregnancy because now I know how much love could exist for a little human that comes out of you!

sadly a month later... I had a second chemical pregnancy. I am now swearing off pregnancy tests until two weeks after a missed period! It’s just too heart breaking to know when I might have thought I just had an extra long cycle.
