Tacos, empanadas, burritos....I would do well to live in Southern California instead of the northeast, lol. I also bought 6 avocados yesterday so I could make a bunch of guac.
I want to eat everything and I want to eat it often! I have a strange craving for twizzlers right now! Veggies usually become a problem for me the second half of first trimester so trying to get those in while they don’t make me want to vomit!
I'm trying to eat as healthy as I can now since I feel like I'm on borrowed time until MS kicks my ass. But the 3 Oreos I had earlier totally don't count. ;-)
Chips. Lots of chips, all kinds of flavors. I've been putting ricotta cheese in everything I can think of lately. Chocolate milk like crazy. Macaroni and cheese. And I've been craving popcorn for so long I can taste it lol

I have already reverted to the same cravings I had with DD. I couldn't get enough Chicago Dogs. Specifically Sonic Chicago Dogs. I woke up so nauseous today and the only think I wanted to eat was a Chicago Dog. So weird.
Eating takes away the nausea but it returns 5 minutes after I stop eating. So food is all I’m thinking of at the moment. Beef jerky has been my friend this morning. Also constantly sipping on ice cold flavored sparkling water. Soup does sound really good! I have my DH on dinner duty all this week because I just can’t handle it.
KFC. I smelled fried chicken on my way home from work last night. I don't know why, as I was nowhere near a chicken place. I went and got KFC for lunch today.
I made reservations at the new burger and shake place at kalahari tonight (while we're here for mini vacay) and I'm soooo excited. I hope they have one with avocado on it.
I've been craving meat. Nothing crazy, where I have to have it right this second, but it's just sounded extra good lately. Particularly some crazy-flavored brats and sausages. I got a breakfast taco for lunch yesterday just because it had jalapeno sausage on it. Sign of a boy?
I'm not usually a huge fruit eater, just never have been. But my hubby is making me eat more fruit while pregnant. Just ate an orange, and it tasted so gross to me. I'm not nauseous yet, but just had to force it down. Citrusy things haven't been tasting good. I'm still good with bananas though!
^^WSS omg I crave all the fried chicken and carbs! My friend made a stuffed french toast with this amazing cream cheese filling for brunch and I was in heaven! I think next week I need to focus on vegetables
Me 33 DH 41 TTC since 2016 Due: October 12, 2018 Location: Ontario, Canada
Have been doing OK with food - no real aversions or cravings but went off the rails today because I could and indulged in lots of sugary foods - cookies, pizza, cake, ice cream, candy, chips... It was amazing! Back to 'normal' tomorrow.
I feel like I just eat all the food right now. I eat about every 2 hours. MH thought I was bad before pregnancy, and I’m a pretty small person! However, I do find that once I start eating I fill up pretty quick. So far carbs sound the best—French fries, Mac and cheese, cheese it snack mix, pancakes (we had those 3 times for dinner last week...with eggs and turkey bacon). I’m really going to try to eat more veggies this week, and maybe a bit less of everything else. Glad to see I’m not the only one! I have only had one food aversion to pork belly when MH ordered it at a restaurant last weekend. I usually really like it but the look and smell was so disgusting to me I had to step away from the table.
I made a huge pot of vegetable soup to get me through the week yesterday. Brothy soups are the only thing that sound the least bit appealing to me...oh...and baguettes with cheese, of course.
Cheese has been my thing lately- cheese and crackers, Mac and cheese, pizza! Also, pasta and asian style noodles. I've been trying To make sure I'm eating veggies and fruits for snacks so all these carbs and cheese don't back me up.
@macheno I was doing a Whole30 when I conceived where grains and dairy were not allowed. I reintroduced them after the Whole30 ended, right after I found out I was pregnant and I am OBSESSED with cheese and crackers.
Also a lot of apples and nut butters lately.
Veggies are kind of a given for me, I eat them for snacks and make them 50% of my plate at lunch and supper. I am trying to make sure I get enough of them in before I cave into my carb and sugar cravings.
I've been eating my usual except for chicken - I have it that shredded and in something like a taco but not like a baked chicken thigh, ew. I was eating cheese it's at work today and one of my co workers who is aware I'm pregnant commented on the amount of sodium in them and gave me some unsweetened apple sauce to eat instead
