I'm team green too, and I just bought this from Gymboree over the weekend. They had a lot of cute duck things, and they were having a store-wide sale... not sure how long the sale was going on for though.
It’s probably going to depend on her size. I have 2 “outfits” picked out, but a gown and a sleeper in case those are both too big even in newborn. I had 7 1/2 and 8 1/2 lb babies that somehow SWAM in newborn outfits, but not sleepers. We will see!
I think I'm just gonna go with practicality and bring him home in one of his comfy sleepers. I don't see a point in the cutesy outfit. I'm sure I'm just going to want to sleep once we get home anyways.
^WSS - our baby was measuring at 6 lbs 8 oz Friday at our appointment. Dr. thinks we'll have close to a 9 lb baby so I have a newborn outfit and a size 0-3 months just in case she doesn't fit! But since it'll be February, we have swaddles and blankets and a little snow suit/fluffy coat thing that zips up that we'll put her in. Although I have a feeling it'll be just a little big on her, even if she is 9 lbs lol
I have black and white sleep and play type sleepers to bring baby home in. Although if it’s a girl my mom will go buy something else because she was flipping out that I picked those.
Undecided over here. I brought both my girls home in the same pink frilly ridiculous gown I was brought home from the hospital in. No idea what to do for this lil guy!
@DDRRT1982 that is adorable... AFM, I saw this and I think it's perfect for the situation. We asked for him and we got him The print on the pants and hat is just so cute to me also.
FYI for FTMs who may not know yet, they can't wear fluffy stuff in car seats. It makes for too much slush between them and the straps. So they go down to a light layer and then a blanket over top. I don't want anyone to plan a cute little coat that makes the outfit and then have the nurses tell you no, then you're blanketless and trying to tuck the coat around 'em. Like my sister was after having her first. In January. In the Midwest. The good news is that you can plan a cute blanket!

Hey everyone! Sorry for forgetting to update, but I love you all so much for thinking of me!
We have had a couple small ups and downs. I’ve had my 4th bleeding incident this morning, but it was so minor we waited for the doctor to arrive instead of calling them in. My blood pressure goes up and down, but my labs look ok. Baby has had a couple times where they are less responsive during monitoring, but BPPs are great, and I have been having more frequent contractions but still considered false labor.
My doctors really want to wait 1 more week but even they are admitting that each day gets slightly sketchier.
However, I’ve been here to 2 weeks so I get to order from the local coffee shop menu which has curry soups, desserts, and fancy coffees! So woo!!! As of now I’ve gained 4lbs this pregnancy, let’s see if a ton of decaf fancy lattes can change that!
We got the same outfit in 2 different sizes (NB, 0-3m) just in case she’s bigger than her brother was lol it’s so cute. Just a little blue-ish sleeper with rainbows all over it! I love it so much. Can’t wait to see her in it. I wanted her to be comfy and safe in her car seat.
I got a cute little Vday hat (since he'll be born right before Valentine's day) and a romper with the zutano fleece booties. I'm pretty sure the romper is going to be too big though so I need to pick one of the newborn sleepers or outfits we have as a back up.
So I told DH we gotta get LO a cute blanket to go with his cute going home outfit and it's literally the law. Can't be stuffing him in there with a fluffy jacket. The look he gave me....lol thanks @kiki75

Edited to take my text out of the spoiler box
I’ll have a couple sleepers in my back and she’ll come home in whatever I feel like putting her in that day.
