How many weeks are you/baby's size?

How are you feeling?
I had a much better week! Only had 2 bouts of real nausea and they went away fairly quickly. I've been taking diclegis regularly though so it's hard to know if it's better because of that or because its going away.
Any appts this week?
Nope. Not until Feb 7th.
Rants/raves/questions?
I finally found an open daycare spot! I toured and think the place would be great. I'm nervous about the spot filling up (considering that the 12 other places I checked didn't have any openings), but I would really like one more baby check before putting down $800 to hold the spot. I haven't seen baby or his/her heartbeat since 9.5 weeks and really want to know things are okay! Next appt is a week and a half away. Might risk it and wait and just keep in touch with the daycare for the next 10 days.
GTKY: What's your favorite favorite vacation spot?
honeymooned in Riviera Maya and had a wonderful time. I think it was more of the situation than the place (all inclusive resort, first 1 on 1 vacay with my husband) and had a great time. Definitely wouldn't mind going back. We also visited some friends in St. Petersburg, FL last year and had a fun, relaxing, and adventurous trip.
Have a ton of new places we still want to go, but I don't think I would ever say no to going back to one of those two places again!

How are you feeling?
diclegis is my saving grace. Nausea and vomiting still haven't let up. Crohns and autotimmune arthritis are really flaring as well.
Any appts this week?
ultrasound, ob apt and mfm apt all on friday.
Rants/raves/questions?
Current rant: my body is so angry. The few few weeks my autoimmune issues quieted down, but have come back in full force. Praying that my mfm specialist has something up his sleeve, because I am worried about how the increasing inflammation will affect the baby. DH has been a saint, which definitely helps.
GTKY: What's your favorite favorite vacation spot?
honeymooned in kaui'i and absolutely fell in love. Doesn't compare to any other hawaiian island, and much better than the Caribbean. Other favorite spot is Sanibel. Most delicious seafood, tranquil, and relaxing.

How are you feeling?
Amazing. SO is home this weekend. Lots of sex. Haha. We were out riding RZRs until 1am with all our friends. And I had a blast. God bless 2nd tri energy showing up.
Any appts this week?
Next Friday. Feb 2. And still waiting on DNA test results. It’s been 8 days!!
Rants/raves/questions?
Annoyed with ppl asking what the sex is. I shouldn’t have told ppl about going for testing. So it’s my fault. But seriously. Shut up. And SIL thinks I’m lying and I know and just won’t tell her. Agh.
GTKY: What's your favorite favorite vacation spot?
Southern England and London. Beautiful and romantic.

Suddenly my energy is coming back—yeah!
Any appts this week?
No—just had one, though. Did the NIPT test, so eagerly awaiting those results.
Rants/raves/questions?
Rave: Told my department head yesterday. I was SO nervous about it and for no good reason. She received the news well and was super happy for me! Yay!
GTKY: What's your favorite favorite vacation spot
Maui. Warm ocean water, tropical island, beautiful beaches, amazing food. ‘Nuff said!

How are you feeling?
Not so great. I was super nauseous all day yesterday. It’s not uncommon for me to get sick 1-2 times in the morning, but I lost my lunch.
Any appts this week?
No- my appt was last Friday. OB said if my nausea isn’t gone by my next appt, she will put me on meds for it as I’ve lost 8 lb in 4 weeks and she doesn’t want me getting dehydrated. I also get to take an early glucose test next appt.
Rants/raves/questions?
My OB’s office says I have a different type of insurance than DH says we do, so I get to call insurance and figure out what’s going on. If OB is right, they now want early payment so I’ll have to follow up w/ HSA to make sure they’ll pay early. If not, I have to get OB straightened out because my full deductible would go to the hospital instead. Insurance is so much fun.
GTKY: What's your favorite favorite vacation spot?
London! All the hustle and bustle, culture, public transit, intimate theaters, etc.

How are you feeling?
I've been feeling relatively OK compared to the past 5 weeks. I am able to leave the house again finally! The nausea is still there, but tolerable. Gets worse at night. I've been on Diclegis since week 6, so I'm sure that has helped! Compared to my first baby (puking multiple times a day for weeks and weeks) I'm feeling great!

Rants/raves/questions?
Rant: I just find my MIL to be EXTREMELY annoying in all aspects. Pure idiot. Everything that comes out of that woman's mouth deserves a face palm.
Rave: I'm finally feeling well enough to cook/clean, DRINK COFFEE, & be a fun mom again lol! Planning a little mini vacay to the Dells this summer, can't wait for our daughter to experience it!
GTKY: What's your favorite favorite vacation spot?
Well, I've never been out of the country... except Canada when I was 5. My fav place in the good ol' USA would probably have to be the outer banks of NC or Destin, FL. I love beaches! The Grand Tetons in WY were stunning too though... Would love to go back someday!
