Here are my super faint "positives." This will be my 3rd baby, if so. Also will be my 5th pregnancy, last 2 were miscarriages. Really really hopeful and possibly driving myself nuts over this one. Any one else have a faint line or bfp to share??
This is a TTC board, meaning no on here is pregnant. I am very sorry for your miscarriages, as I can imagine how terrible that must be, but coming in, waving around a possible positive test is super rude, especially since some people here have been trying without success for years. Also, posting pics of your pregnancy tests is against TOS.
My guess is you did not read this thread first, even though it says, pinned at the top, 'Newbies Read This First'

You're right, I didn't read it first, because I didn't know how to use the app, as I still don't. My mistake. I was actually just trying to delete it after I posted, once I realized what I had done. Completely unnecessary to leave a comment like that. I too have been struggling with getting pregnant and pregnancy loss for years. It is extremely petty to try to make someone feel so bad about an honest mistake. I don't spend all of my time on these type of apps, I simply took a test that resembles a very faint positive and was excited/scared/curious. Forgive me for being human. Good luck to you.

Its not petty to let you know that you have posted in the wrong place, potentially hurting people, and directing you to the correct place. Thats helpful. There are places that allow you to post these tests and ask, like the first tri board. That is why reading directions is so important.
@jrm_14 you can ask your question now +1 to everything @kiwi2628 said Also OP, please remove the pee stick photos! Thanks and good luck in the future.

Calling me rude is not helpful. It's very upsetting. I didn't know how to navigate this app. I would never intentionally hurt someone and I am very sorry. I didn't see a forum for people pregnant with October due dates, I'm not 100% sure I'm pregnant and I just didn't know better. I was on my way to quickly delete my post after sewing rules, when I realized I was already under attack. Women should support eachother in a helpful way not shame eachother for honest mistakes.

QFP. OP you're not under attack. We're just informing you of the rules in TTGP. Try the 1st trimester board "what does a positive look like". https://forums.thebump.com/discussion/12219554/what-does-a-positive-pregnancy-test-really-look-like And fyi, no one is shaming you, just asking you to take down photos that are against TOU. ETA: words & added link to thread where it's cool to post potential BFP photos.

You know what, I am going to be the bigger person and just say good luck to you.
@kellytaylor90210 I dont think she was being mean. She’s just letting you know that most people in this specific forum wouldn’t know what a BFP looks like , hence “TRYING” to get pregnant. If you think you’re pregnant you should call the doctor as the Internet doesn’t know or go over the the BMB or 1st trimester board to ask them.. Those ladies would know more what a BFP looks like. I am sorry for you losses and best of luck.
If you have been pregnant 5 times, how do you not know how a pregnancy tests works? Also, you have to wait a few days to post after you join, didn't you look around to see where to post? I can't imagine trying to get pregnant was the only page you could find. Best of luck to you.
@kiwi2628,was not being rude, she was simply explaining your mistake. Instead of being defensive and mean, maybe try apolozing and calling your OBgyn if you are confused about being pregnant or not.
And it is petty to imply that someone posting "spends all their time on these apps" like you have so much more better things to do. And I hate when people point out all their struggles with TTC like it is an excuse to be mean to others.
No one is attacking you they are simply informing you of the rules that this forum has, which is the same as every group, as well as explaining why it is hurtful to come in and be like ‘look at me I’m pregnant!’
Please remove the photos as it is against the rules to post them here. If you are unsure there is a whole thread dedicated to looking at pregnancy tests. There are also monthly bump boards, if the October one is not up yet then wait and introduce yourself there.
****it is against the rules to post your pregnancy tests anywhere except for the designated thread.***
