  I personally am NAF of Norah because of a bad association- i also think it is very popular. I do think that Norah and Zoey make a nice subset though.
  
  I love Delilah but think it’s a little random with such a short name like Zoey for a sister. If sibling names “going together” doesn’t matter to you, than go with Delilah.

  Norah is more common where I’m from, so my vote is for Delilah. It’s a nice name, and I think it goes just fine with Zoey.

  I like both and voted for Norah although I prefer Nora without the h

  I prefer Nora (spelling wise), and think it goes better with Zoey. I can’t get on board with Delilah due to the Bible story...ruins a very pretty name for me
