My two poochies- Brown one is Hutch short for Hutchinson, named after my favorite place in FL, Hutchinson Island; Whitie is Bauer, because... hockey. My little fur lovies!
These are my dorks, and if they eat another pair of my underwear this week they’re all going to be free to good home! left to right, it’s Pippa our mix, Remi our long hair Chihuahua, and Payton our chihuahua. Pippa is 6, Rem is almost 4, and Payton is 8.
Dis is Koa. She doesn’t steal underwear but loves to rummage through the bathroom garbage at night. She is terrified of feathers and freaks out every time you blow out a candle. She’s my favorite little weirdo!
Both of ours are 11. My heeler Dale is a rescue, by the time I got him he was only 6 months but I'm his third home. So he came with all the usual herding dog issues plus some. Took a good year before my husband could wear a hat or belt around the dog. Not sure what his previous families did to him, but he's much better now. So much work, but he's my little Velcro clown dog. He's a major jackass to everyone else still. Loves kids but I'm not sure how he's going to be when he has to share me with the baby.
The other is my husband's dog Lady Sakura. she's a beagle german shepherd 45 lb lap dog that just wants to snuggle. All. The. Time. She's sweet and is silent enough to make up for all the extra noise my dog makes.
This is my baby Booker at Xmas in his airport travel bag; he’s 9... and sadly very very sick & has been in the hospital since Monday (in the ICU tonight). Praying he gets better; have cried for days now. I want him to meet his little brother more than anything
Unfortunately my baby didn’t make it. We are driving him out to the country to bury him. I'm really not sure when I’ll stop crying or want to eat again - but worried about the baby so will pull my shit together eventually. Thanks again for all the well wishes. I’m sure we’ll adopt another pup when we recover emotionally and life settles down.
Oh @pretzellover, I’m so sorry to hear he didn’t make it. Fur babies are so special. Take some time for yourself if you need to. Lots of hugs and prayers.
@pretzellover I am so sorry. I cannot even imagine the heartache. My prayers and love to you during this time. I’m sure your baby is crossing the rainbow bridge and free of pain. Sending healing thoughts and a big hug.
@pretzellover no no no I’m soo sorry. Losing a pet is so impossibly hard. He looked like such a happy boy. I lost two pets in the course of a couple of months when I was pregnant with DS, I liked to think maybe they got to meet him a little early and were watching over him while he finished growing.

This is my best friend Leo. He’s a 1 year old goldendoodle and the silliest, sweetest boy. Can’t wait to see him with the baby.
We all love our fur babies SO much!!
