I've always had a shortish luteal phase (~12 days) but I've noticed it is getting even shorter (10-11) lately. Have any of you dealt with it successfully, and if so, how?? I am tempted to order progesterone cream OTC for next cycle...
I've heard anything less than 10 days is not ideal. Does your AF actually start at 10dpo or is it spotting. I wouldn't count it if it were spotting. I've never had a short LP but I don't think it can hurt to try prog cream. Try it for a month and see if you notice any difference. Don't start it though until after you Ovulate.

Thanks @vlagrl29, that's encouraging! it's spotting some months and other months it's real AF starting... My cycle is 24-27 days generally.
