Chicco Fit2

hello! I have an almost 5 week old and we use the Chicco Fit2 car seat. Whenever we put our LO in the seat her head seems to be pushed forward and her chin rests on her chest. We have tried removing the newborn insert and we still run across that problem. I know this isn’t a safe position and we are considering exchanging it for another one. Does anyone else have this problem?! Thanks!

    Is the base leveled correctly? I know my Chicco keyfit has a bubble level on the base as well as a line on the car seat itself that is supposed to be parallel to the ground.

    Yes it has the level and it’s parallel. We are thinking about exchanging it for the regular keyfit 30! Thank you :)
