Today target had their tank tops (Maternity) half price. The blacks, whites and grays were not mark e down. But all the colors were. So only $5. They will be invaluable this summer. And Targets maternity shirts are always plenty long. I’m 5’9” and I’m all torso lol so length is very important!
At my target over the past two weeks I've seen a Tula in the baby clearance section for 50% off in the Bliss print. I'm assuming that one was retired or something but $75 for a brand new Tula is awesome, especially if you also have the redcard with 5% additional.
@hardlyhannah awww that sucks! I totally get it though. Luckily I found my sweet spot with Tula so it's the only kind I use but I tried plenty of others first. I loved the print on my KP but never got a comfortable fit, same with my baby broo. Also, don't even get me started on the disaster that was me trying to wrap lol.
I love the Tula. I like the Boba when they are tiny for around the house. It's cozy and comfy and you can use your arms. We should do a product spotlight on carriers next. I had a Bjorn, it was....ok.
@livinthesunnylife I would love that product spotlight! I had a k'tan with DS and the Ergo 360. The k'tan was great for the newborn stage, but quickly started to hate being carried at all. The Ergo 360 always felt so heavy that I hated wearing it. Anyway, I could use some suggestions for affordable, easy to use options once #2 comes along because I think BWing is going to be a necessity with a toddler and newborn!
I was at Meijer this weekend and they had multiple bouncers, high chairs and activity gyms marked down on clearance. I'm not sure if it was just my store in Michigan, but lots of good deals!

It is probably the only way I survived having a toddler and newborn at the same time. I didn't even need a stroller with #2!
Plus one for lillébaby here - worth the cost! I love Bobawrap for when they are new, and then I tried an Ergo with my first - bleh! Never used it much cuz it was so hard to get him in and everything. Whereas both my kids lived in the lillé I got for #2 and will use again this time (but with girlier suck pads and drool bib - yay for accessorizing haha).
So the Tula's I saw on clearance for $75 last week at Target are now marked down to $37. I'm going after work and seeing if my Target still has any! I already have a Tula but I figure I can get this neutral one and just keep it in the car as my car Tula. I cannot believe I have literally seen these sold for over $1k and they are now on double clearance at Target.
For sales - Walmart is clearancing a lot of last year models of baby stuff at their stores. I’ve gotten a rock n play for $35 and a lightweight stroller, regularly $90, for $30. There is a ton of other stuff at my store, but I still have most of DS’s baby gear.
Second, Toys R Us & Babies R Us announced over a hundred store closures as part of their restructuring plan. Stores are supposed to start closing between Feb-April. My “local” BRU an hour away is on the closure list, so I need to get my Fiat up there and figure out which car seats will actually fit in it.
I guess I should put my comment here.... Gap has 50% off sale today. I got some maternity pants and some stuff for DS. But they have good baby stuff too. The Gap is my favorite for baby clothes.
Thanks for the heads up on the Gap sale! DS’s wardrobe is at least 70% Gap (literally all his pjs are from there) because they have such great frequent sales.
