I'm dying to start shopping for the baby but should wait until we find out the sex lol.
GTKY: What's your favorite favorite vacation spot?
Once every August we take a family trip to Hermit Island in Maine. Its something my husband has done with his family since he was a child. I look forward to keeping that tradition with our kids! (Obviously next year since this one will be coming in August)

My son has been sick (croup) and I’m really hoping I don’t get it. I think it would be a cold, but that’s no fun! He seems to be feeling better today, thank goodness.
Also, my doctor moved my EDD to July 31st (so just up a day, it was August 1st) but I’m staying here!
GTKY: What's your favorite favorite vacation spot?
Colorado. Love skiing there in the winter and hiking/doing out door activities. We’re supposed to go with my brother & sister in law next spring and I’m already excited about it!
How are you feeling? Terrible. Ever since the flu started wrapping up I've had more nausea and food aversions than I was before I got sick. It's like now that I'm able to eat again my body wants nothing to do with anything.
Any appts this week? I need to call my OB and schedule my appt with them - I've been dealing mainly with my MFM office but my OB needs to do the confirmation and dating scan. So hopefully that will be this week. NT scan is scheduled for Feb 6th
Rants/raves/questions? We need to start looking for a new daycare for DS. We moved in May and the daycare he is in now is close to work but it's in a location that there's really no easy way to get him to / from daycare from our new house. It is absolutely killing me to think about moving him - he absolutely adores his school and the teachers love him and treat him so well. Like yesterday morning he walks into the classroom crying and runs into one of his teachers' arms and stays there - won't even come say goodbye! So even though it will be easier on our family to have him closer to the house I feel like a terrible mom for pulling him out of an environment that he loves so much.
GTKY: What's your favorite favorite vacation spot? I haven't taken an actual vacation in I don't know how long - all trips are to see family which is fun but not really a vacation. I do love Lake Michigan for a long weekend / quick getaway.
@jmcooke25 - I hear you on the shopping! I really want to start stocking up and clearing out the bins of baby clothes we have from DS but I'm waiting to find out the sex. Your NT is coming up soon! Yay!

How are you feeling? Rough. I was so sick all day yesterday and most of the night. This morning I felt good, until I made the grave mistake of eating breakfast. Nauseous ever since.
Any appts this week? I get my blood drawn for my NIPT screening Thursday a.m. No appointment. Anxious for those results and to know all is healthy.
Rants/raves/questions? I need to call my insurance company and see if my blood test is covered. I’ll be 35 when baby is delivered, and isn’t that AMA? I dread calling my insurance company because it’s always such a hassle, but I need to know, I guess.
GTKY: What's your favorite favorite vacation spot? Well, my favorite trip ever was Prague, but my favorite (more accessible) vacay spot is Disney!

How many weeks are you/baby's size? 9 Weeks. The size of a tater tot.
How are you feeling? Meh. I’ve been nauseous all the time, but I got a prescription yesterday for Diceglis so hopefully that starts helping. I expected the nausea, but what I didn’t expect was how it would make me feel mentally. I feel pretty blah about everything and that’s not like me at all.
Any appts this week? I just had my first appointment yesterday. I posted in the bitchfest thread about it, because it was a little frustrating. They had to change the location at the last minute and they were really unprepared, so I ended up waiting an hour for my first ultrasound, but the tech was using a machine she didn’t know so it was a really quick one. I’m hoping my next appointment will be a lot better.
Rants/raves/questions? Just tired of feeling sick all the time.
GTKY: What's your favorite vacation spot I love going to the Outer Banks every summer, but my favorite vacation is definitely Disney World. I can’t wait to take my kid there in a couple years.
@jmcooke25 I have a friend who vacations in Maine every summer and she loves it. I’m not sure where they end up going, but the pictures are always so pretty.
@amac12999 My doctor mentioned moving my due date, which could put me in September, but I’m not moving boards either!
@mrsbubbles-2 Most of my “vacations” are either to family or with family so I feel you. It’s fun, but not quite the same.

@mrsbubbles-2 Exactly! I want to clear out my daughter's stuff either way! She was a winter baby so even if we have another girl most of her clothes wont be summer friendly
@F47 I've never been to Disney! I'm DYING to go! At least with 2 kids I'll have an "excuse" to make time to go in the future right?

So tired, and sometimes nauseous at night but I’ll take that any day over all day nausea. I’ve also been SO moody and bitchy, poor DH.

Nope, I just had a regular appointment last week and the first part of our NT testing so nothing until my 16w appt.
Rants/raves/questions?
We are moving at the end of June. I hate moving. So much. I’m already dreading it and being so pregnant at that point just UGH.
GTKY: What's your favorite favorite vacation spot?
I went on a Disney cruise a few years ago and that was by far by fav vacation as an adult and from what I can remember as a child. Better than going to the parks, IMO. I hope to go on another someday.

11 weeks. The baby is the size of a lime, which is hard for me to believe. Baby was the size of a cherry not too long ago.
How are you feeling?
Pretty good. I've had way more energy lately and finally have an appetite. I think the second tri is gonna be great.

Had an appointment yesterday. Did another ultrasound and met my doctor. Didnt like him much but I can deal.

My mom wants to have a full nursery at her house despite me telling her that it's completely unnecessary. My fiance and I are moving 5 hours away shortly after the birth of our baby. Plus, she refuses to buy anything on the registry because she needs to decorate her nursery. This woman! I know it's her first grandchild but geesh.

Buffalo, NY. It just gives me the feels everytime I visit.

Any appts this week? Had my first appointment and u/s last week. So it's official -- I am pregnant haha.
Rants/raves/questions? My only rants are about work, which is so boring and typical. I guess I can rant on myself... I have slipped back into my habit of being a lurker on these boards. I lurked during my whole pregnancy in 2016, so I find myself reading a lot but rarely responding. But that's my personality across the board in life. Whoops. Quiet observer.
GTKY: What's your favorite favorite vacation spot? Hmm.. we don't have a set vacation spot. But I will say our honeymoon in Costa Rica was amazing, and we did a trip to Europe when I was 8-9 weeks pregnant with DS in 2016 which was a blast.
