I'll go first since I didn't see this thread started...I didn't have a real appointment, just a blood draw with a medical assistant who asked me a billion questions and took all of my blood. My u/s is next week so I'm looking forward to finally confirming that there's a baby in there.
I have my first ultrasound with my RE tomorrow at 415 (6w2d)......I have to focus through individual therapy clients ALL DAY until then and Ill be dying to know.........being PGAL I am trying to not have any expectations of how this could go, but of course I have some hope. One thing that has been nagging at the back of my brain and DH and I have been "joking" about (more like, WTF would we do?) is that I had 2 eggs when I triggered, and when I got pregnant with DS there were also two eggs which both implanted but one failed to continue growing....so Im mega curious if there is one babe or maybe two........

I have my confirmation appointment Thursday, but it's such a pointless appointment. I'll pee in a cup for an in-office urine pregnancy test, and they'll give me a due date.
I'm hoping to get scheduled for an early ultrasound both because PGAL and that early u/s last pregnancy really calmed my nerves, plus this was only my 3rd PP period and the first 2 had different cycle lengths. Since they were both over 30 days just going by LMP won't give me a truly accurate due date. But I guess we'll see what the dr says Thursday.

My obgyn isn't till February 1st, told them I need to be seen asap for referral to high risk obgyn and that is what they gave me (originally wanted to wait to 9 week ultrasound), so I am going to family doctor 1/18 to get blood drawn and I want her to check my vitamin B12, vitamin d, etc. Also bc I had gastric bypass 11 years ago and I have a history of low vitamins even though I take then. Are there any other pregnancy related labs I should ask my family doctor to do?
I have another US on Thursday. I'm nervous about it because at the last one they couldn't measure the heartbeat at 6w3d but could see it flickering. I'm crossing everything that the little heart caught up and we'll be able to hear it.
I have the first u/s scheduled for tomorrow at 10:20. I'll be 7w1d. I'm so nervous. I'm trying to hard not to be hopeful so I don't get let down, but I'm obviously very hopeful.
TW: I've gotten to this point twice before, the first time this is where we found out it wasn't viable, and the second time was my happy healthy daughter. And the MC wasn't just chance, we (now) know my husband has a chromosomal abnormality that can cause 1st trimester MC.
Had my first appt yesterday (some intro to pregnancy course and labs)and got my blood test positive confirmation today! Still waiting on additional test results but it all sorta felt real once I saw the positive blood test. Ultra sound in a couple weeks.
I had another appointment on Monday. Had an ultrasound and everything is looking great! I also talked to the midwife about my continued morning sickness, even with the diclegis so she was going to put me on phenergrine in addition. I've lost 3 pounds so far and the vomiting hasn't been great for my tachycardia. She also put in my referral to MFM so we can get that ball rolling. I got home only to have her call me and say that I can't take the phenergrine because she looked closer at my cardiac history and it could potentially make my tachycardia worse. She did increase my dose of diclegis and said if that doesn't work we can revisit at my next appointment and maybe see what MFM or my cardiologist think. So far the increased dicelgis seems to make a bit of difference, as I only threw up 4 times yesterday. Baby steps.
YOU GUISE. ITS TWINS. Omg, I am in shock. I was going in my hoping for a heartbeat and very quickly there were 2 heartbeats, 119bpm and 120bpm, separate sacs. I don't even know how to process this.

I had a very underwhelming appointment today. The office is super inefficient. I was there 2 1/2 hours basically for intake and getting a pelvic exam. *Tw The nurse was super dismissive of my anxieties with my history of losses prior to DS, which really bothered me. End TW* They ordered an ultrasound for dating purposes when I pushed the idea of ovulating late. Except, they can’t schedule it until the 29th! I’m sorry, what? Not good for PGaL brain. Ugh. Trying to stay patient and calm.
@Jyoung327 congrats! It would take me a while to process that kind of news too. I'm kind of terrified at the thought of twins, but just a little more love and craziness to embrace!
I went for an appointment today and ended up getting an unexpected ultrasound. I thought I was 5 weeks 4 days but the ultrasound only showed a 4 week 3 day yolk sak. This was a surprise pregnancy so my dates are all a good guess and nothing more. No one at the office was concerned about the dates or ultrasound results but my first positive test was 14 days ago. All the numbers just don't make sense to me. I go back on the 29th and hope a baby is visible at that time.
After the longest week of my life, I went for a second ultrasound this morning and we have a little baby bean with a strong heartbeat!!! Praise the Lord!!! I’m measuring 7 weeks 3 days, which is right on track with my LMP.
I was a mess on the way to the appointment- these sweet babies have so many hopes and dreams wrapped up in them. I am so, so, so blessed and lucky and thankful to get to do this again!

@nlc8424 it was supposed to be 1/29, but I think since today was pushed back, it may be pushed to 1/30 as well... I'll find out for sure from my nurse on Monday. ;)

TSH came back today at 2.2 so they are happy to keep me on the 50 Levo for now. Next apt is 1/29, when I get to see my own doctor for final monitoring and... Graduation!
