FTM I went in for my 12 week check up today and my ultrasound showed no heartbeat or growth. Quite a shock since I've had no miscarriage symptoms. Looks like I will have a D&C on Monday. Ive really enjoyed this forum and all your advice.
Thank you for sharing, that must be very difficult news to hear at this stage. Be kind to yourself, and do whatever you need to do for self care. I hope to see you back around here when you're ready, if that's what you decide. Best of luck.

I am so sorry you are going through this. With my first pregnancy the same happened to me, also at 12 weeks. I was devastated beyond words. I know it doesn’t help or make anything better when someone says they have been there too. But please know my heart breaks for you. I’m praying for you and hope your procedure goes well. Take the time to rest and grieve. Sending hugs to you. Feel free to message me if you have questions about anything.
I am sorry for your loss. I had the same thing happen at my 13 week check up with my first pregnancy 6.5 years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with you are this horrible time
