HUGE - and like I have a lot of pressure in my pelvic region.

I'm pretty excited. H and I have NOT been able to agree on a name for baby. We pick a name and then one of us falls out of like with it. We are finally between two names that we are both super jazzed about.

Not really a single purchase, but we converted our dining room into the nursery so baby's room would be on the same floor as ours. When we made this change I was nervous the room would seem out of place and in the middle of our house. I am so excited with how well it flows and H did all the work himself (with help from my dad) and it turned out so much better than I could have imagined. I love going into the room and just sitting in our old glider.

All the little girl things! But also a major shout out to dh who just finished putting down the floor in his office, so he will be moving out of the nursery and we can finish getting things ready.

Had an appointment on Monday morning. All was perfect.

Why do other women find it acceptable to comment on a pregnant woman’s size? I was told I was huge last week by another woman and it brought me to tears. I just can’t fathom why it was necessary to tell me that using that particular adjective.

Didn’t really need to purchase anything for her other than nursery furniture. We haven’t done that yet, so I’ll say the wall color for her room.
How many weeks are you/baby's size?
Baby is 27 weeeks, my due date is 4/17, but I’m saying it’s 4/23.
How do you feel?
Feeling big already. I keep getting asked my due date and they seem surprised I say April, like they are expecting me to pop a baby on the spot. Urg.
Any appts this week?
Nope, next appointment is next week, I get to do the 1 hr glucose test. Yay!

Sadly I’m quite ill prepared in the purchases for baby #2, I’m currently looking at double strollers, swings, a sidecar type bassinet, rockers, and baby clothes. We moved cities a year 1/2 ago, so I gave up some of this stuff I had. I’m feeling a little overwhelmed by all I have to get and the fact that I only have 12ish weeks left.
