Meal Plan Tuesday...

So this Tuesday feels like a Monday and I’m behind on my meal planning plus nothing sounds good except for pizza and the heartburn/acid reflux/gerd is currently killing me. Lol. Help me out.

    Monday- fish cakes, coleslaw, fries
    Tuesday- almond flour pancakes, blueberry sauce, sausage
    Wednesday- honey mustard salmon with broccoli and quinoa
    Thursday- roasted chicken with artichokes and pasta
    Friday- tamales
    saturday- leftovers

  • Options
    Monday- mashed potatoes (or cauliflower if you’re cutting carbs), corn, and sliced turkey 
    Tuesday- breakfast for dinner (Eggos and baked tater tots)
    Wednesday- chili (with cheese and crackers optional)- it’s supposed to snow tomorrow too so a one pot meal sounded good
    Thursday- Quesadillas (cheese, mushrooms, shredded meat, onions, and sautéed peppers) with sour cream and salsa 
    Friday- leftovers
    Saturday- Out for DH birthday dinner 
    We usually don’t meal plan but it’s cheaper and also DH has been working the late shift so I mostly cook items that I know DD1 will eat and that can be whipped up or reheated easily for DH when he gets home after DD1’s bedtime.
