Anyone experienced itchy, swollen face after IUI or after taking Duphaston?

I'm now 3dpiui and last night at about 8pm, my face started to itch, turned red and became hard and firm, sort of swollen. I didn't eat anything unusual during the day. The only new things that I took are my antibiotics (to be taken 3 days after IUI) and Duphaston (hormone-progesterone- to help assist in increasing the chance of pregnancy and to prevent my chocolate cyst from getting bigger). I'm going to contact my dr about it but I wonder if any of you had experienced the same thing.

    I wonder if you could be having an allergic reaction to the antibiotics?  Hopefully your doctor has a suggestion for you!  (((Hugs)))

    My first guess would be allergic reaction to the antibiotic. Have you taken some Benedryl while waiting to hear back from your doctor?

    Dec 17: IVF #1 = Puregon 200, Menopur 75, Orgalutran, Suprefact trigger due to OHSS risk | 22R, 18M, 16F, 10B frozen  
    Feb 18: FET #1 (medicated) = BFN
    Mar 18: FET #2 (natural cycle) = CP (beta 1: 54; beta 2: 0)
    Apr 18: FET #3 (natural cycle) = cancelled due to missed ovulation
    Apr 18: FET #3 (natural cycle) = BFP! Beta 1: 201  Beta 2: 585 Beta 3: 3254 Beta 4: 9715 U/S 19May - one bean measuring on track with a HB of 125!

    Thanks @BusinessWife and @tosh24 You could be right about the antibiotics. I took my last tablet this morning and my face isn't itchy and swollen like last night. But it still itched a bit from time to time. I didn't take Benedryl or anything for it because the symptoms subsided. I'll definitely bring this up to my dr on my next appt. Oh why can't my TWW be one no event, boring, stress free stretch :neutral:
