@jmmacdonald what is the magnesium for? @pourmeamocktail yes to pie and doulas! @smsaulino no laundry? Sounds blissful @skilledsailor can’t wait for pupdates! What kind of dog? @bmxerbaby I’m currently sipping a watermelon perrier... yum @MrsAdventure leggings sound heavenly right about now with my work pants digging in post-lunch bloating. @BusinessWife I accidentally ate two babybels in about 30 seconds flat this morning. Oops. @southernlady07 Was TB good? I can’t wait to watch it tonight.
1. My husband's patience. I've been pretty cranky this time around. 2. My little girl and her amazing personality. 3. Netflix (I'm currently addicted to Reign) 4. 2 dogs that love hanging out on the couch. 5. My growing small business that will allow me to work from home. 6. The fact I've not thrown up yet. I realize it's probably coming but I'll take nausea over throwing up all day. 7. A doctor's appointment this week that makes this feel more real. 8. This surprise baby - it wasn't planned but now that my head is getting wrapped around the idea I'm letting myself be cautiously excited. 9. A warm home. 10. Umbrellas.
@southernlady07 I haven't been to TJ's since I found out we're expecting.... but the pb cups, small choco chip cookies and the aisle of frozen pizza and pasta has my name all over it the next time I go there..
@spottedginger no laundry because I was doing it plus all of the cleaning when I felt terrible...now that I'm having a good day I don't know what to do .. besides stress that something could be wrong.
@spottedginger He's an Australian Shepherd (possibly mix, since he's a bit large to be purebred). He sounds perfect though. A gentle giant who gets along with dogs, loves kids, ignores mean cats.
1. My H stepping up as much as he can with dishes/playing with our toddler while I'm exhausted at night. 2. My adorably sweet, crazy 18 month old. 3. My job, enjoying what I do is pretty rewarding. 4. Supportive coworkers, for many reasons. 5. A house that's keeping me and my family warm when it's -11 out. 6. An AWD vehicle that gets me through the crappy winter with minimal trouble. 7. A fantastic daycare provider who my son loves, I'm so thankful he's thriving when I'm at work. 8. My parents and in-laws, who are so helpful with my son and my H and I 9. Jolly ranchers and/or preggie pops 10. Coffee, I'll enjoy all 200 mg of caffeine daily, thank you very much
@BusinessWife, It's so good. It's supposed to be a cleanse drink. But it honestly tastes foul without sugar, lol. I can give you the recipe if you want.
@spottedginger, I had to put on jeans for a lunch date and I am so looking forward to getting home and taking off my pants, lol.
1. My husband, my rock, my best friend (how cliche) 2. My daughters. Even though they drive me crazy. I secretly love the crazy. 3. My work family. They are the only people I am close to. 4. My job. I thank God that I am happy and was able to find one straight out of school because the job market is so saturated (rad tech) 5. Waves of nausea. My anxiety has got the best of me the past week. 6. Scrubs for work pants. If not, I would be suffering. Jeans are cutting in my bloat so bad. 7. The chocolate fudge I just stopped to buy. 8. My daughters extra curricular activities (dance/competition cheer) and the money to be able to afford to keep her in it. 9. Her coaches patience to work with her. She is my child...therefore she has no coordination lol 10. Impatience. My first appointment is next week. My anxiety sucks. At least I have work to keep it off of my mind
It's been a couple of rough days back at work so I need some positivity in my life--listing what I'm grateful for will be a good exercise!
1. My beautiful baby girl. 2. My husband who does so much for us and so much around the house and puts up with my mood swings. 3. A safe warm house to go home to every night. 4. Opportunities to be challenged at work. 5. Ice cold water to drink. I am so thirsty! Is that a pregnancy symptom? 6. A Walgreens that pops up out of nowhere when you're stuck in traffic and only need a bottle of water and say out loud if only there was a Walgreens close by. LOL 7. Ruffles cheddar potato chips. 8. Heat on a cold cold evening. 9. Good music. 10. The idea of being a mom of two!
@megnwingate ... this is my 3rd too and my bloat is out of control! I feel like it is making everything uncomfortable. I have a business dinner tonight and I am so grateful for sweater season bc my belly is soooooo swollen at the end of the day!,
@spottedginger magnesium is for lotsnof things and I take it in higher doeses when not pregnant but I still take 250 mg before bed preg (usually I would take 500)
in in general for me biggest benefits are...
helps with sleep..and just helps “turn off” my brain helpe keep “things moving” (lovely I know!)
