a day late but I know we are all in the third tri hungry state so what are y’all eating??

i’m currently loving avocado toast with Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning (also a first tri fave) and toast with peanut butter, banana, honey, and cinnamon. And to continue the trend- cereal duh! Banana nut crunch FTW.
Re: What my pregnant self is eating 1/10
-honey bunches of oats (could prob eat a whole box but have resisted)
-oatmeal and peanut butter or an egg
-steamfresh veggies (whole bag) and 2 veggie burgs on top every day for lunch
-blackberries
-RX bars
-silk yogurts
Dinners have been: tacos, pork chops, spaghetti squash/pasta with ground turkey meat sauce, homemade pizza, etc. Nothing exciting.
OMFG I JUST REALIZED I FORGOT TO EAT LUNCH. NO WONDER I'M SO DAMN HUNGRY. Off to scarf down my food!!
(lunch is crunch curry quinoa salad with chicken breast)

@ekendall09 i have been doing the steam veggies and veggie burgers too! I’m really into the dr praegers kale burgers although I make it burger style with cheese and sir Kensington spicy mayo which is to die for (if you like spicy).
im currently making spaghetti with linguica and side salad for dinner. Can’t wait! Although I will have to bc I signed up for a 630 barre class.
I usually eat lunch at 1130 at work (I get to the office at 630am) so not only is the wait to 1230-1pm for lunch at this conference killing me, but I have been making up for lost time by eating not one not two, but three cookies for desert.
Just to be clear, I’m not just a cranky pregnancy woman. I got knocked over the first day while in line by some guy desperate for the last turkey sandwich.

doing good avoiding sweets but I'm often hungry around 930.
For breakfast, it's usually cereal or toast with peanut butter. Sometimes I'll make scrambled eggs if I have time.
Snack is usually a piece of fruit or a yogurt.
Lunch is a salad or turkey sandwich with something on the side. I've been craving crunchy stuff so today is was tortilla chips. Sometimes I'll switch it up and have soup or leftovers.
Dinner depends on how motivated I am. Tonight I'm being a good mom and making dinner for everyone. (Salmon, roasted potatoes and salad)
I've been snacking way too much after dinner, but I'm trying to not be too hard on myself. I bought some popcorn today figuring that's not too awful to snack on...but I also bought ice cream b/c I'm craving vanilla ice cream with melted peanut butter.
i feel ravenous with food this week. Sweet and salty anything will do.
mornings are filled with fruits and yogurts
lunch is whatever was leftover from dinner
Dinner has lately been pretty hearty filled with meats vegetables and potatoes
byt my all time favorite is dessert. At LEAST two fruit frozen pops at night. I look forward to it all day
Breakfast: plain greek yogurt with blueberries and chia/quinoa/flax granola
Snack: grapefruit
Lunch: Salad with chicken, apples, walnuts, parmesan, and balsamic (and okay, a few croutons)
Snack: String cheese, apple with raw unsalted almond butter
10 million cups of tea, some with honey
Dinner is where it usually falls apart and tonight will be pasta (again). I just don't have the energy to cook a meal that is both healthy/lower-carb and that my six-year-old will eat.
I've also been craving olives like a madwoman and eating them like they're my job, so I'm sure that will be on the table tonight as well.
I’ve tried to tone it down since the holidays. (Boooo I know). I had too many days where I felt so stuffed and bloated and had terrible heartburn.
So, I'm back to my morning green smoothies, egg, avocado toast for lunch and then I trrrrry to keep it healthy for dinner. Snacks have been apple/peanut butter, yogurt or cheese with crackers. It’s not nearly as fun haha. I want all things unhealthy!
Breakfast: egg muffins /w roasted broccoli and sharp cheddar.
Lunch: Shredded chipotle salsa chicken bowls /w cilantro lime quinoa, roasted corn, tomato, avocado, and lime.
Snacks: Bananas with peanut butter are life. Otherwise, hard boiled eggs, carrots, cheese slices, turkey sticks, yogurt, protein bars.
Dinner is always whatever I plan on the menu for the family. We frequently do tacos because you can do a million different variations.
I made egg muffins today. These are awesome to have on hand and you can make them anyway you want! I love making mine with chorizo or turkey sausage, spinach and a bit of cheese. Then top them with avocado and a bit of plain greek yogurt. Yum! I also have steel cut oats with apples in the slow cooker right now.
Dinners have been Mexican chicken bowls, spaghetti, German potato soup, ground turkey stuffed peppers, fettuccini with spinach and poached eggs.
Snacking is what is killing me. Icecream, cookies, strawberry waffles. Ugh I don't even care for sweets! Wtf!?
