Girl name-getting close

Trying to pick a girl name, her big brother is named Oliver. I change my mind everyday on my #1. Apparently we have a trend of liking gender neutral names or names that were historically surnames (3 of our names fit this trend). I know it’s not everyone’s taste, but without realizing it, it seems to be ours. Could you please share your favorite?We have the top 4 names:

Teagan
Harper
MacKenzie
Penelope

I would probably use her full name but might sometimes shorten Teagan to Tea or Téa and MacKenzie to Kenzie.

Our last name starts with P so not sure if initials P.P. with Penelope would be a dealbreaker, but I do like the sound of the 2 P names said in full together.

Please let me know which one or two you like best.

Teagan as my favorite
The initials P.P would put me off, as a first grade teacher I can see that being hard in primary grades but later in life would be fine...
