The thing I love the most about these posts is that clearly the OPs have done zero research on what the Ramzi Theory even is. They just stick a picture up in a random Internet forum and expect complete strangers to have researched it and to be professional ultrasound techs so that they can interpret it.
Even if Ramzi Theory was accurate (it's not, by the way), you'd need to know what position the photo was taken from and whether that particular ultrasound machine shows mirror image or true image. Since none of us were your actual ultrasound tech at this visit, we don't know any of the information necessary to interpret this for you. The best way to know would have been to ask during the ultrasound.
If you're so desperate to know the sex, pay for NIPT at 10 weeks.
